摘要

从理论上计算了空间遥感相机常用的四种镜体材料—ULE、Zerodur、铍(Be)和碳化硅(SiC)的结构参数。根据计算结果比较了这几种材料的性能

最后比较了两种轻型反射镜结构—对称夹心结构和底面开口结构。理论计算表明:SiC是较优异的空间用反射镜材料

对称夹心结构是较理想的镜体结构。根据理论计算所得结构参数并结合实际制作了直径为500 mm的对称夹心结构碳化硅质轻型镜体。

Abstract

By theoretical calculating

the structural parameters of four kinds of materials used in fabricating light-weighted mirror for space camera were analyzed. These materials are ULE、Zerodur

Be and silicon carbide (SiC). The properties of the four kinds of materials were compared with each other. Then two kinds of light-weighted mirrors with sandwich and open back structures were also compared. The results show that the better material for space mirror is the SiC and the better structure for space mirror is sandwich structure. The SiC mirror with 500 mm and sandwich strcture according to the structural parameters was fabricated.
