摘要

对利用半导体激光器治疗静脉曲张的可行性及治疗机理进行了研究。通过半导体激光对犬副头静脉进行血管内照射的临床试验

分析激光与血管组织及血液的相互作用

同时对激光血管内照射治疗静脉曲张的机理进行了研究。研究结果表明:半导体激光进行腔内静脉照射

由于血红蛋白对光的吸收

可以引起静脉腔内血栓形成、血管壁损伤、血管闭合

实现对静脉曲张的治疗;激光照射导致静脉腔内血栓形成

与血栓性静脉炎的形成机制不同

并没有影响全身凝血功能。

Abstract

The mechanism and the feasibility of the treatment of varicose veins by semiconductor laser intravenous irradiation were analyzed. By laser irradiation for the cephalic veins of the dogs

the interaction between vascular tissue

blood and the laser beam was analyzed. Research results indicate that varicosity can be treated by means of endovenous thrombus formation

blood vessel wall damnification and vessel enclosure induced by light absorption of haemoglobin irradiated by semiconductor laser. The mechanism of endovenous thrombus formation induced by laser irradiation is different from thromboplastic phlebitis

thus endovenous thrombus formation doesnt affect whole body cruor function.
