A geometric correction method for linear array circular scanning optical remote sensing satellite images is proposed. Firstly， the strict imaging model of linear array circular scanning image is constructed based on the scientific analysis of satellite imaging characteristics. Then， the image is roughly corrected by using image orbit and attitude parameters and open source DEM. Finally， a large number of homonymous points are obtained by using reference orthophoto image matching as control points， and the image was accurately corrected by spline function fitting. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method， experiments were carried out using simulated images， and the results show that the accuracy of the proposed method can reach 1 pixel. This method can effectively solve the problem of large geometric distortion of linear array circular scanning satellite images， provide high-precision image products， and has important application 地面空间分辨率和成像幅宽是现代光学遥感卫星设计中十分重要的指标，对于线阵推扫式卫星而言，二者通常互相矛盾，在实际应用中需要进行折衷考虑。为了在不降低空间分辨率的前提下提高影像的幅宽，主流的线阵推扫式光学遥感卫星通常采用多片CCD拼接、多相机多角度视场拼接、卫星姿态快速机动下的宽覆盖影像获取和多星组网等解决方案 ［ 1 1 - 8 8 1-8 ］ 。以上方式虽然在一定程度上提高了卫星的成像幅宽，但存在成本高、连续大范围成像能力不足、幅宽提升有限等问题，没有从根本上解决影像的地面空间分辨率与成像幅宽之间的矛盾。 随着卫星平台技术、姿态控制技术以及光学传感器技术的发展与进步，线阵环扫成像的设计思想被提出和实践。通过将多条线阵CCD沿卫星飞行方向安置，相机镜头绕飞行方向360°旋转，旋转过程中完成对地面的扫描成像，在保证地面分辨率的前提下可以大幅拓展影像的幅宽，这就是线阵环扫式卫星的成像基本原理 ［ 8 8 - 9 9 8-9 ］ 。以轨道高度500 km的光学遥感卫星为例，当扫描区域张角达到130°时（即左右侧摆角度65°时），其成像幅宽可以接近3 000 km，相对线阵推扫式光学遥感卫星提升了近10倍，大大增强了广域态势感知能力，具有重要的应用价值。 由于采用环扫成像的方式，同一景影像内不同像元成像的角度差异较大，导致其对应的地面分辨差异较大，最大可达5倍。特别是靠近影像边缘处，由于大角度侧视成像、地形起伏等导致影像产生严重的几何畸变，而且几何畸变在影像上分布不规律，现有的纠正模型难以描述其分布特点，如不进行几何纠正则无法进行影像判读解译等工作。 现有的光学遥感卫星影像几何纠正方法主要针对线阵推扫式或面阵影像，此类影像的幅宽相对较小，同一景影像内成像视角差异不大，几何畸变较小，影像几何纠正理论相对比较成熟。特别是有理函数模型的广泛应用，其简洁的表达形式为影像几何纠正提供了便利条件 ［ 10 10 ］ 。在传感器成像方式没有发生显著变化的近10年中，光学卫星影像几何纠正的理论没有显著的变化和进展。随着线阵摆扫成像理念的提出和工程实践，影像几何纠正理论与方法也要与时俱进，以满足影像处理与应用的需求。线阵环扫影像的成像模型与现有推扫成像卫星区别较大，加上幅宽达到几千公里，地形起伏跨度大，影像几何变形大且变形分布不规律，直接采用现有的理论方法无法得到高精度的纠正结果，必须研究建立相应的几何纠正模型和方法。 本文在深入分析线阵环扫卫星成像原理和畸变特点的基础上，构建了其严格成像模型，依据严格成像模型，利用正射影像和公开DEM数据进行了影像模拟生成。在深入分析影像成像特点的基础上，提出了一套适用于线阵环扫卫星影像的几何纠正方法，并通过实验验证了其有效性。 2 线阵环扫式光学遥感卫星成像原理、严格成像模型构建及影像模拟 1 2.1　成像原理 2 多条线阵CCD拼接为一条长线阵CCD，沿飞行方向安置，在卫星飞行过程中，探测器光轴绕卫星的前进方向360°旋转环扫，在扫描方向上视场不断叠加，并沿着飞行方向推进向前平移，以达到大视场宽幅成像的目的，其成像原理如 图1 图1 所示。这种成像方式综合利用了卫星的机动能力和成像能力，思路新颖，在保证满足一定空间分辨率要求的前提下扩大了卫星成像幅宽。 在扫描过程中，传感器在特定角度范围内成像，该过程类似于单程摆扫的线阵摆扫成像，但不存在扫描反射镜的相对运动，摄影中心 S 与像点 p 、物点 P 之间满足摄影测量共线条件关系，每一条扫描行均满足的线中心投影关系 ［ 8 8 - 9 9 8-9 ］ 。因此，成像过程可描述为光线的坐标系转动，可以参考线阵推扫式传感器的严格成像模型，构建垂轨环扫式传感器的坐标转换关系，建立相应严格成像模型。 2.2　严格成像模型构建 2 线阵垂轨环扫的特殊成像方式，导致现有的光学卫星影像成像模型不再适用，必须建立专属的成像模型，为目标定位、影像几何纠正提供依据。严格成型模型的构建主要是依据在成像时投影中心、像点、物方点三点共线的几何关系，构建矢量共线的方程，即在同一坐标系下，投影中心至像点和物方点的矢量满足共线关系 ［ 11 11 - 13 13 11-13 ］ 。具体如下： 式（7） 即为线阵环扫式卫星影像的严格成像模型，亦可将像方矢量通过一系列的坐标转换到地心地固坐标系，二者是等价的，此处不再赘述。 需要说明的是：线阵垂轨环扫卫星影像的严格成像模型虽然在形式上与线阵推扫式卫星比较相似，但部分符号的含义有显著的差异，特别是像空间坐标；另外，由于相机始终处于摆扫状态， <math 尽吾所知，根据公开报道，目前国内外尚无类似成像方式的光学遥感卫星影像可供开展几何纠正参考使用。为获取实验数据，开展了影像模拟生成研究，开发了线阵环扫式卫星影像模拟软件，软件主界面如 图2 图2 所示。该模拟软件能够根据线阵环扫卫星的成像模式和指标参数，考虑影响影像几何质量和辐射质量的主要因素，基于卫星成像过程全链路物理模型，生成反映卫星在轨成像特性、真实性好的模拟影像，为卫星入轨前开展数据处理研究提供真实性好的数据源。软件的主要功能包括模拟参数设置（参数包括卫星轨道根数、成像时长、大气条件、相机几何和辐射参数、姿态模型、姿态抖动等）、模拟影像生成与浏览展示、成像过程动画展示等。由于影像模拟过程进行了光学成像的全链路仿真，计算复杂，加上影像数据量大，单景影像数据量达300多GB，模拟软件采用了CPU-GPU协同并行加速的计算架构，充分挖掘硬件的计算能力，大幅提高了影像模拟的效率。 基于影像模拟软件生成了丰富的模拟影像数据，主要步骤包括卫星轨道参数设置、相机成像参数设置、大气条件设置、输入DOM和DEM、模拟影像生成、影像预处理等。模拟影像充分反映了卫星成像特点，具有严密的几何和辐射关系，成像区域选择在印度北部地区，影像幅宽2 000 km，地面场景涵盖多种地貌地物类型，其基本参数如 表1 表1 所示。印度北部地区2景模拟影像如 图3 图3 （a）和 图3 图3 000 km 影像大小 312 GB 定轨精度 5 m（中误差） 姿态测量精度 20″（中误差） 3 影像几何纠正关键技术 1 3.1　基于严格成像模型的几何粗纠正 2 在构建的严格成像模型的基础上，采用间接法对模拟影像进行数字微分纠正 ［ 14 14 ］ ，主要流程如 图 4 图 4 所示，基本步骤如下： （1）计算影像地面覆盖范围：利用相机成像参数、影像轨道姿态参数和DEM数据计算影像4个角点坐标，得到影像的地面覆盖范围； （2）根据输出分辨率要求，逐像素计算输出影像对应的地面坐标； （3）利用DEM内插高程得到当前像元对应地面点的高程值； （4）利用严格成像模型计算当前点在原始影像上的像素坐标； （5）采用双线性内插得到当前点的灰度值； （6）逐像素计算纠正后影像的灰度值，得到纠正后的影像。 为提高几何粗纠正的效率，实际开发中采用一些列优化策略，包括影像灰度赋值算法优化、CPU-GPU协同并行加速等。同时，考虑到多种场景下的需求，提供了按照指定地理坐标范围纠正和输出影像产品的功能，可以快速输出感兴趣区域的局部影像。 几何粗纠正仅需要相机几何参数、卫星轨道姿态、DEM等数据的支持，具有原理简单、处理速度较快、无需人工干预等优点，能够满足国土资源普查、灾害评估、地理国情监测等对于精度要求不高的场景。 3.2　基于影像匹配的几何精纠正 2 由于几何粗纠正的精度有限，难以满足国土测绘、目标地理定位、变化检测等高精度应用的需求，需要在粗纠正的基础上进行影像精纠正，提供高精度影像产品。影像精纠正的基本思路是在粗纠正的基础上，通过与参考正射影像进行匹配，得到大量同名点坐标作为约束条件对影像进行精纠正，具体步骤如下： 3 . 2 . 1　金字塔逐级引导的影像快速匹配 3 线阵垂轨环扫影像幅宽达数千公里，影像数据量很大，印度地区1景原始影像大小约312 GB，几何粗纠正后约583 GB，加上影像侧摆角度最大达60°，成像角度和正射影像差别较大，而且影像的地面分辨率不均匀，星下点与边缘处差别最大可达5倍，这些因素给影像匹配算法带来了很大的挑战。本文设计了一种金字塔逐级引导的影像快速匹配算法，有效解决了线阵垂轨环扫影像匹配中的几何变形大、辐射差异大、分辨率差异大、视角差异大以及数据量大等系列问题 ［ 15 15 ］ ，取得了较好的效果，算法的具体流程如下： （1）分别建立粗纠正结果影像和对应区域参考正射影像的金字塔； （2）在金字塔顶层影像上均匀划分格网，在格网内提取Harris特征点，每个格网内保留特征最明显的特征点，作为候选匹配点； （3）基于影像已有的地理坐标信息，合理设置搜索空间，采用相关系数的匹配方法，进行影像匹配，得到初始种子点； （4）将种子点坐标传递至影像金字塔中分辨率更高的一层，利用种子点构建不规则三角网，然后在每个三角网内部提取Harris特征点，每个格网内保留特征最明显的特征点，作为候选匹配点； （5）基于不规则三角网的约束关系，采用相关系数的匹配方法进行影像匹配，得到加密后的种子点； （6）重复步骤（4）~（5），直至原始分辨率影像，得到粗纠正后影像和参考正射影像上大量的同名点坐标； （7）采用虚警值最小化的误匹配剔除技术剔除误匹配点。 在特征提取与匹配的工程中，也采用了多线程加速等策略对算法进行了优化，实现了超大影像的快速匹配。 3 . 2 . 2　基于样条函数的几何精纠正 3 精纠正的基本原理是利用影像匹配得到的大量同名点作为控制点对粗纠正后影像上残留的几何畸变进行拟合，求出变换参数，再利用变换参数改正影像上所有像点残留的畸变值。 传统光学卫星影像通常采用一定阶数的多项式来进行几何纠正模型参数的拟合，能够较好补偿影像的系统性几何畸变。但由于成像视角差异较大、影像幅宽很大、地形起伏等原因，粗纠正后的线阵环扫式卫星影像中残留的误差不仅有系统性误差，还是有部分非系统性误差，几何变形不规律，采用多项式拟合存在精度有限和振荡现象，总体效果不够理想 ［ 16 16 ］ 。 由于样条函数构造简单，使用方便，拟合准确，克服了高次多项式的振荡现象，具有较好的数值稳定性和收敛性，本文采用三次样条函数。其实质上是由多段三次多项式拼合成的曲线，在拼接处，不仅函数本身是连续的，其一阶和二阶导数也是连续的。三次样条函数的具体构建方法及参数解算可参考文献 ［ 17 17 ］ ，此处不再赘述。 利用样条函数得到粗纠正后影像和参考影像之间的变换参数后，采用间接法几何纠正的方法对粗纠正结果影像进行重采样，得到精纠正结果影像。 3.3　几何纠正精度评价 2 为了评价几何纠正的精度，将纠正后的影像和基准影像进行特征匹配，得到同名点作为检查点，统计检查点坐标差值中误差，即得到几何纠正的精度。用 <math id="M11"><mo 1 4.1　几何纠正实验 2 利用印度北部地区的两景模拟影像开展了线阵环扫式卫星影像几何纠正实验。实验的主要过程包括：首先，利用SRTM开源DEM数据和影像的轨道姿态数据进行影像粗纠正，然后利用3.2节的方法进行影像精纠正，最后，利用3.3节的方法分别对粗纠正和精纠正的结果进行精度评价。粗纠正影像与正射影像的匹配结果如 图5 图5 所示（绿色点表示同名点），细节如 图6 图6 所示（黄色“×”表示同名点位置），匹配时间统计如 表2 表2 所示。影像几何精纠正结果叠加在参考正射影像上的效果如 图7 图7 所示。几何纠正前后影像对比如 图8 图8 所示，其中， 图8 图8 （a）是距离星下点约400 km处某工厂影像，几何纠正前，其形状发生了较为明显的变化，通过几何纠正后恢复了其正确的形状，如 图8 图8 （b）所示，叠加在参考正射影像上卷帘显示如 图8 图8 （c）所示； 从影像匹配结果来看，本文设计的金字塔逐级引导的影像快速匹配算法，有效解决了线阵垂轨环扫影像匹配中的几何变形大、辐射差异大、分辨率差异大、视角差异大以及数据量大等系列问题，得到了数量充足、分布均匀、可靠性高的同名点，在荒漠、建筑物、植被等多种地表覆盖场景中均取得了较好的效果。600多GB的粗纠正结果影像与正射参考影像匹配1.5万个同名点耗时仅30 min，计算效率显著高于市面商业软件，满足实际生产作业需求。 从影像几何纠正效果图来看，几何纠正能够较好的解决影像几何畸变严重的问题，纠正后的影像呈现中间窄、两侧宽的特点，影像形状与卫星成像设计以及可视化仿真结果高度一致。影像中由于成像角度变化、地形起伏产生的几何畸变得到了较好的纠正，与参考正射影像卷帘检查时，具有很好的吻合性。特别是在影像成像边缘处，原始影像由于几何畸变严重几乎无法判明目标的类型，经过几何纠正后，较好地消除了几何变形，能够满足判读分析的应用要求。分析几何纠正精度统计结果，几何粗纠正精度优于5 Pixel，精纠正精度优于1 Pixel，误差分布比较合理，该精度能够满足实际应用的需求，也验证了本文所提出的线阵环扫式光学遥感卫星影像几何纠正方法的有效性和正确性。 5 结　论 1 线阵环扫式卫星实现了超大幅宽和高分辨率对地观测的兼顾，但影像几何畸变较为严重。为了解决影像成像方式复杂、影像几何畸变大的问题，本文提出了适用于线阵环扫卫星的影像几何纠正方法，并利用模拟影像进行了试验验证。该方法分为粗纠正和精纠正两个步骤，实际应用中可以根据精度需求进行选择使用。实验结果表明：粗纠正精度优于5 Pixel，精纠正精度优于1
