In this study， the working principle of the laser/infrared common-aperture system was presented， and the target radiation characteristics， system operating range， and size of the aperture were analyzed. An R-C optical system with a dichroic lens as a secondary mirror was used to realize the dichroic design of the common-aperture system. A small aperture was set in the path of the single-photon laser， and the stray light suppression of the aperture was verified by modeling and simulation. High-precision assembly and line-of-sight calibration revealed that the laser/MWIR common-aperture optical system exhibited high-quality imaging. The modulation transfer function of the laser/MWIR optical system was measured to be 0.28（@20lp/mm. The prototype was used to detect and track a civilian aviation aircraft， and the results of the experiment revealed that the range of the common-aperture system exceeded 225 km. The proposed device can satisfy the application requirements for early warning and ranging of long-distance targets in aviation， aerospace， and ground detection. 光学系统设计 单光子激光 中波红外 共口径 小孔光阑 远距离探测 optical system design single photon laser midium-wave infrared common aperture small aperture long-distance detection 1 引　言 1 近年来，远距离暗弱目标的探测与监视在军事防御领域备受关注。随着光学探测技术的不断发展，现代化对抗手段日益多样化，侦察伪装等技术水平不断发展，使用环境及应用范围日益复杂，目标探测和识别的难度也越来越高，武器系统对远距离暗弱目标的几何形状、方位、距离和运动形态信息的需求也更加迫切。 单一探测模式无法提供目标的全方位信息，新一代多模式复合探测体制应运而生，并成为国内外学者的研究热点。ZHANG等设计了可见光和长波红外的双波段成像系统 ［ 1 1 ］ ，MA等设计了共口径的可见红外双波段探测系统 ［ 2 2 ］ ，陈国强等设计了红外、激光和毫米波3波段共孔径光学系统 ［ 3 3 ］ 。红外成像具有探测距离远、精度高、灵敏度高的特点，能直观获取丰富的目标外形和基本结构等目标信息，因此红外与激光的复合探测体制已广泛应用于对远距离暗弱目标的探测系统中。系统根据红外图像获取的目标方位信息，利用激光测距获取目标的距离信息，二者结合即可有效获取远距离目标的外形、距离、方位及运动形态信息。为了达到更远的探测距离和更大的数据采样率，国内外纷纷展开了单光子激光测距技术的研究工作。单光子激光测距技术具备灵敏度高、功耗低、探测效率高等特点，在100 km以上的远程测距方面优势显著 ［ 4 4 ］ ，但其测距能力受背景噪声的影响较大。宋盛、王哲等开展了红外与激光复合探测技术的研究 ［ 5 5 - 6 6 5-6 ］ 。国内外诸多学者采用共口径的设计实现了激光与红外的复合探测 ［ 7 7 - 12 12 7-12 ］ ，通过激光/红外共口径接收后，在后端平行光路或准平行光路进行激光和红外的分色设计，系统结构复杂且不利于激光通道杂波和红外通道背景辐射的抑制，不适用于单光子激光探测。 为了能够在远程测距中获得较高的探测灵敏度和测距性能，针对民航飞机目标，本文采用中波红外成像与单光子激光测距复合的探测体制，讨论了系统构成及工作原理，通过共口径探测方式，采用汇聚光路分色方法和小孔消杂光技术，设计了大口径激光与红外复合探测系统，并利用宽波段共视轴标定技术，完成了激光/红外复合探测系统的装调。该复合探测系统成像质量好、探测距离远、共轴精度高，可广泛应用于航空、航天及地面的预警探测中。 2 系统构成及工作原理 1 2.1　系统工作原理 2 激光与红外共口径探测系统由主系统、红外组件和激光组件组成。系统的工作原理是：通过主系统的大口径主镜接收目标的中波红外辐射能量和激光回波信号，并在次镜第一表面的会聚光路中分色，将中波能量反射到红外组件中，同时将激光透射到激光组件中。 图1 图1 为单光子激光与红外共口径探测系统原理。 中波红外成像光路与主系统保持同轴，而激光接收光路在经分色后，利用折转镜将光路两次折叠，最终的接收端位于主系统的上方，使得激光接收光路不产生中心遮拦。 2.2　单光子远距离测距工作原理 2 单光子激光测距采用高灵敏单光子探测技术和基于数学统计理论的时间相关单光子计数技术实现测距。测距时，系统首先探测并存储各激光脉冲对应的回波光子，然后将上述多个脉冲的采样结果进行累加处理，再根据累加的结果判断回波信号具体与哪个时间窗内的脉冲信号相对应。由于累加后不同时间窗内的光子数各不相同，因此，利用有关的距离提取算法准确计算得到激光脉冲回波的到达时刻，即可获得待测距离信息 ［ 13 13 - 14 14 13-14 ］ 。 2.3　目标辐射特性及作用距离分析 2 民航飞机在中波（3.7~4.8 μm）波段的主要辐射主要来自位于机头、发动机和羽流3个部分。飞行过程中，目标温度水平在260~390 K。根据斯蒂芬玻尔兹曼定律，按目标温度为300 K计算得到飞机目标的辐射强度约为8 W/sr ［ 15 15 - 17 17 15-17 ］ 。 利用点目标作用距离公式计算系统口径 ［ 18 18 ］ 得到： <math display="block" id="M1"><msup><mrow><mi>R</mi></mrow><mrow><mn mathvariant="normal">2</mn></mrow></msup><mo>=</mo><mfrac><mrow><mi mathvariant="normal">Δ</mi><mi>I</mi><mo>⋅</mo><msub><mrow><mi>τ</mi></mrow><mrow><mi mathvariant="normal">a</mi><mi mathvariant="normal">o</mi></mrow></msub><mo>⋅</mo><msub><mrow><mi>A</mi></mrow><mrow><mi mathvariant="normal">o</mi></mrow></msub><mo>⋅</mo><msub><mrow><mi>τ</mi></mrow><mrow><mi mathvariant="normal">o</mi></mrow></msub><mo>⋅</mo><msup><mrow><msub><mrow><mi>D</mi></mrow><mrow><mi mathvariant="normal">p</mi></mrow></msub></mrow><mrow><mi mathvariant="normal">*</mi></mrow></msup></mrow><mrow><msub><mrow><mi>N</mi></mrow><mrow><mi mathvariant="normal">t</mi></mrow></msub><mo>⋅</mo><mo stretchy="false">(</mo><msub><mrow><mi>A</mi></mrow><mrow><mi mathvariant="normal">d</mi></mrow></msub><msup><mrow><mo>⋅</mo><mi mathvariant="normal">Δ</mi><mi>f</mi><mo stretchy="false">)</mo></mrow><mrow><mrow><mrow><mn mathvariant="normal">1</mn></mrow><mo>/</mo><mrow><mn mathvariant="normal">2</mn></mrow></mrow></mrow></msup><mo>⋅</mo><mi>S</mi><mi>N</mi><mi>R</mi></mrow></mfrac><mi mathvariant="normal">e</mi><mi mathvariant="normal">x</mi><mi mathvariant="normal">p</mi><mfenced separators="|"><mrow><mo>-</mo><mi>σ</mi><mi>R</mi></mrow></mfenced></math> http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=17424451&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=17424447&type= 60.11333084 8.80533314 ， 式中： R 为作用距离；Δ I 为目标与背景辐射强度之差； A o 为光学系统的入瞳面积； SNR 为信噪比阈值； D p * 为探测器的平均比探测率； τ ao ， τ o 分别为大气和光学系统的透过率； N t 为目标在探测器上弥散后的像元数；Δ f 为探测器的噪声等效带宽； A d 为探测器的像元面积； σ 为大气消光系数。 为实现对民航飞机远距离（不小于200 km）的高信噪比（ SNR ≥15）被动探测，考虑中心遮拦、系统效率和大气吸收等因素，系统口径不小于275 mm。 3 激光/红外共口径探测系统设计 1 3.1　设计参数 2 红外系统的技术指标如下： （1）波段：3.7~4.8 μm； （2）口径：280 mm； （3） F /#：2； （4）MTF（@20 lp/mm）≥0.25； （5）探测器规模：640×512，25 μm。 激光接收系统的技术指标为： （1）接收口径：280 mm； （2）激光波长：1 064 nm； （3）激光接收视场>0.28 mrad； （4）接收光纤芯径：200 μm； （5）光纤数值孔径：NA=0.2； （6）红外与激光共轴标校精度＜50 μrad。 3.2　红外光学系统设计 2 为实现激光及中波波段的分色设计，同时控制系统体积，主系统采用R-C光学系统作为初始结构进行优化设计 ［ 19 19 ~ 22 22 19~22 ］ 。系统利用次镜进行激光与红外分色，解决了双波段的高效分色问题，同时实现了系统的小型化设计。在设计过程中，将红外光路的一次像面控制在主镜顶点前，既可以减小主镜中心孔对系统效率的影响，同时提升系统杂散辐射的抑制能力。红外成像组件由主镜、次镜及4片透镜组成，主镜为铝合金材料，次镜为石英材料，透镜材料分别为硅、锗、硅、硅。其中，锗透镜的前表面设计为非球面，用于校正轴外像差。 图2 图2 所示为优化后的红外光学系统光路。 图3 图3 ~ 图6 图6 为红外光学系统的像质设计结果。其中，MTF接近衍射极限，全视场相对畸变优于5%，几何点斑尺寸均小于艾里斑，全视场单像元的能量集中度优于71%，可满足远距离目标的高灵敏度探测需求。 3.3　激光光学系统设计 2 激光接收光学系统采用同轴折反式结构形式，如 图7 图7 所示。由于单光子探测器对系统杂光抑制的要求高，因此后端激光接收透镜组前设计二次成像像面，并在二次像面处设置小孔光阑。小孔光阑不遮挡主系统光路，且在不影响主系统探测能力的前提下可实现对激光光路杂光的高效抑制。 图8 图8 ~ 图10 图10 分别为激光接收光学系统的MTF曲线、能量集中度曲线和点斑图。激光接收系统的中心视场像质达到衍射极限，可用于单光子激光能量的高效率接收。 3.4　激光接收系统杂光分析 2 对激光接收系统的杂光抑制能力进行了仿真分析，采用点源透射比（Point Source Transmittance， PST）作为评价指标，系统杂光仿真模型如 图11 图11 所示。不同入射角 θ 下的仿真结果见 表1 表1 ，PST-1和PST-2分别为无小孔光阑和有小孔光阑时激光接收系统的PST。可见，由于采用了小孔光阑抑制杂光，激光接收系统的PST提升了4个数量级，达到10 -9 的水平，有效保证了单光子激光接收系统的高灵敏度。 θ /（°） PST-1/10 -5 PST-2/10 -9 10 5.32 1.64 20 6.45 2.52 30 7.33 4.64 40 3.89 1.75 50 3.37 0.56 60 5.16 0.14 70 8.21 0.15 80 9.82 0.16 3.5　公差及温度适应性分析 2 3 . 5 . 1　公差分析结果 3 对共口径光学系统进行公差分析，各元件的公差情况见 表2 表2 ，MTF概率曲线如 图12 图12 所示，系统公差具备工程可实现性。 2 镜面 2 半径/mm 2 偏心/mm 2 倾斜/（″） 2 厚度/间隔 /mm X Y X Y 主镜 0.03 4 装调基准 4 主次镜间距： 0.05 红外透镜： 0.02 激光透镜： 0.01 次镜 0.02 0.01 0.01 30 30 红外透镜组 0.01 0.02 0.02 30 30 激光透镜组 0.01 0.01 0.01 20 20 3 . 5 . 2　温度适应性分析结果 3 红外系统成像质量受温度的影响严重，本文通过调焦方式来补偿热离焦。在不同温度时中波红外系统的热离焦情况如 表3 表3 所示。利用调焦组沿着光轴方向的移动实现调焦，在 - 30 ℃和65 ℃调焦后系统的光学传递函数如 图13 图13 所示，调焦后光学传递函数仍然接近衍射极限。 温度/℃ 调焦量/mm -30 0.86 -10 0.51 0 0.34 10 0.17 20 0 30 -0.17 40 -0.34 65 -0.73 1,2; 3.6　系统装调与视轴标定 2 在装调时采用主镜作为装调基准，为保证中波与激光的共轴精度采用定心装调方法完成分色镜和透镜的装调，利用大口径反射式平行光管进行系统标定和测试，采用“十字”靶作为系统光轴标定的基准。红外光路将靶标成像到红外探测器上，通过监视器显示；激光光路利用光纤接收靶标能量或发射测试激光。系统同视轴标定包括两个步骤： （1）粗对准 3 通过调整探测器三个维度的位移量使得靶标成像到探测器的靶面中心，调整反射镜使得在光纤接收端发射激光时，经光学系统和平行光管后，激光光斑位于光管“十字”靶标的中心，完成激光和红外光路的光轴粗对准。 图14 图14 所示为靶标的红外成像图， 图15 图15 所示为靶标处的激光光斑图。 （2）精对准 3 在平行光管的靶标处放置可见光光源，在激光接收端采用光纤对激光光路收集的能量进行接收，微调折转镜角度，使得光纤另一端接收的能量最大后固定反射镜，并记录红外系统靶标像的中心像素位置，实现像素级精度的视轴标定。 4 测量实验与结果分析 1 4.1　MTF测试 2 采用传函仪对中波MTF进行测试，在20 lp/mm处系统的平均MTF为0.28，MTF测试曲线如 图16 图16 所示。 4.2　近距离目标成像实验 2 为验证红外系统的成像能力，开展了近距离成像实验，对5 km远的目标进行成像，实验系统如 图17 图17 所示。 图18 图18 为实验采集的图像，可清晰分辨目标细节，验证了系统的成像分辨率和非均匀性。 4.3　远距离目标探测实验 2 远距离目标探测是本系统的主要工作模式，在外场开展民航飞机的探测与跟踪实验，实验结果如 图19 图19 所示。实验结果表明，激光/红外共口径探测光学系统的视轴稳定，探测距离达225 km以上，可实现对远距离民航飞机的有效探测。 5 结　论 1 本文针对远距离民航飞机目标的探测、跟踪和测距需求，提出了单光子激光测距与中波红外成像复合的探测体制，设计了单光子激光与中波共口径探测系统。该系统采用次镜作为分色元件，实现了系统的双波段会聚光路的分色设计；利用小孔光阑消杂光，将单光子激光接收系统的杂光抑制水平提升了4个数量级。最后，完成了原理样机的视轴标定、性能测试、近距离成像和远距离探测实验。实验结果表明，该系统可实现对远距离民航飞机的有效探测和跟踪，探测距离达225 km以上，可满足航空、航天及地面探测领域对远距离目标的预警探测和测距需求。 参考文献 ZHANG L Z ， LAI J J ， HUANG Y .
