Owing to the inefficiency of obtaining IADRC parameters via trial and error and the ease of determining local optimal solutions using traditional optimization algorithms， an improved dragonfly algorithm was investigated as the parameter adjustment method of the IADRC. The inertial factors， alignment factors and cohesion factors of the dragonfly algorithm were modified， and the worst elimination strategy and the greedy strategy were introduced in the early and later stages of the algorithm to enhance the exploration and exploitation ability. Finally， a PID controller， an IADRC based on the trial method， a genetic algorithm， a particle swarm optimization algorithm， an initial dragonfly algorithm， and an improved dragonfly algorithm were employed in an FSM to track a high-frequency sinusoidal signal under the vibration of a satellite platform. Results show that when the FSM tracks high-frequency sinusoidal signals， the root-mean-square value of the tracking error in the case of the FSM controlled by the IADRC based on the improved dragonfly algorithm is 7.596 μrad. This is a significant improvement over the tracking accuracies of the FSMs controlled by other five controllers and meets the requirements of FSM tracking accuracy in the field of laser weapons. 光电对抗 激光武器作为光电对抗领域中主动式干扰的一种常用手段，是以大功率辐射能量毁伤目标的定向能武器，通过对目标的捕获、跟踪和瞄准来实现精确打击，这意味着激光武器不仅需要高功率的激光器，还需要精密的跟踪瞄准系统 ［ 1 1 ］ 。按照载体类别，激光武器可分为地基激光武器、天基激光武器、机载激光武器和舰载激光武器。其中，天基激光武器所在的卫星轨道高、覆盖地面范围大、可以把地球作为攻击目标，是21世纪天战中最重要的武器之一。天基激光武器要求系统具有较高的跟踪精度，为实现高精度动态跟踪，通常采用粗/精复合轴技术。快速反射镜（Fast Steering Mirror， FSM）作为复合轴控制中精跟踪的核心部件 ［ 2 2 ］ ，其跟踪精度决定整个系统的跟踪精度，另外由于存在外部干扰，系统要具有一定的抗干扰能力。因此，FSM要具有跟踪精度高、响应速度快和抗扰动能力强的特性。传统的PID控制器虽然结构简单，但其控制精度和对干扰的抑制能力不满足FSM的要求。自抗扰控制是一种能够对系统的外界扰动和在系统建模时未考虑的动态进行准确估计，并进行有效补偿的控制方法。自提出以来，该方法在不同领域都有所应用，而且得到了改进。文献［ 3 3 ］将自抗扰控制器中的线性扩张状态观测器和滑模控制相结合，提升了大口径望远镜主镜位置控制系统的控制精度。文献［ 4 4 ］将自抗扰控制用于FSM，提升了FSM的动态性能和跟踪精度。文献［ 5 5 ］将自抗扰控制进行改进，即在传统自抗扰的非线性状态误差反馈控制律上增加了一个误差的积分环节，进一步提升了系统的跟踪精度。文献［ 6 6 ］将模糊控制与自抗扰相结合，搭建了模糊自抗扰控制器，提高了系统的跟踪精度，增强了系统的鲁棒性。 针对改进自抗扰控制器（Improved Active Disturbance Rejection Control，IADRC）需要整定的6个关键参数 ［ 5 5 ］ ，用试凑法整定效率低，用传统优化算法整定易陷入局部最优的问题，因此本文提出将蜻蜓算法（Dragonfly Algorithm， DA）用于IADRC的参数整定，并对蜻蜓算法进行改进。通过6个典型的测试函数验证改进蜻蜓算法的有效性。最后，搭建基于Zynq控制器为核心的FSM控制系统，用基于改进前后蜻蜓算法的IADRC，基于粒子群优化算法的IADRC、基于遗传算法的IADRC、基于试凑法的IADRC和PID控制器分别控制FSM，通过实验验证了基于改进蜻蜓算法的IADRC控制器的优越性。将基于改进蜻蜓算法的IADRC用于FSM控制，可以提高FSM的跟踪精度，以满足天基激光武器光电跟踪领域对FSM的需求。 2 FSM控制系统 1 FSM控制系统主要有系统输入、IADRC、FSM、改进蜻蜓算法和系统输出5部分组成，具体组成结构如 图1 图1 所示。图中 β 01 ， β 02 ， β 03 ， β 1 ， β 2 ， β 3 为待优化的6个参数，从图中可以看出本文的研究重点是采用改进蜻蜓算法优化IADRC的参数，以提高FSM的跟踪精度和抗干扰能力。 3 经典及改进的自抗扰控制器 1 3个参数），这6个参数用试凑法整定较为繁琐，本文提出将蜻蜓算法用来优化IADRC的参数，并针对蜻蜓算法的不足进行改进。 4 蜻蜓算法及改进 1 4.1　经典蜻蜓算法 2 蜻蜓算法是在2015年Mirjalili提出的一种群智能优化算法，灵感来源于大自然中蜻蜓的静态群体行为和动态群体行为 ［ 8 8 ］ 。在静态群体行为中，蜻蜓会自发分成几个子群在不同区域中捕食昆虫，其特征为局部移动和飞行路径的突变，这有利于算法进行全局搜索；在动态群体行为中，蜻蜓会聚集成一个大的群体并向着统一的方向飞行，这有利于算法进行局部的开发。蜻蜓通过分离、结队、聚集、觅食和避敌这5种行为来更新当前所在位置 ［ 9 9 ］ 。此外，蜻蜓算法的基本思想是蜻蜓首先会判断自身领域内有无其它蜻蜓，如果有则会通过上述5种行为和自身惯性更新自己的位置，如果没有则采取随机游走的方式来更新位置。具体五种行为、随机游走和位置更新的表达式如下： （1）分离：蜻蜓通过此行为与领域内的其他蜻蜓保持距离，避免相互碰撞。 <math display="block" Hz的噪声干扰，以模拟卫星平台的振动。其中DA，IDA，PSO，GA优化结束后得到的参数和最小适应值如 表2 表2 所示，寻优过程中适应度的变化情况如 图6 图6 所示。采用基于IDA的IADRC（IDA-IADRC）、基于DA的IADRC 中的数据可以看出，IDA与DA、PSO、GA相比算法性能最好，能够找到对控制器而言性能更好的参数，将所得到的参数用于改进自抗扰控制后，控制器的性能也得到了提升。IDA-IADRC与DA-IADRC、PID、TE-IADRC、PSO-IADRC、GA-IADRC相比，系统稳态误差的最大值分别减小了11.742 5，55.560 2，28.566 2，15.420 5，20.937 2 μrad。IDA-IADRC所在系统的跟踪误差的均方根值为7.596 μrad，基本满足激光武器领域对跟踪误差均方根值10 μrad的要求。 另外，为了测试IDA-IADRC控制的FSM的位置定位精度，在考虑卫星平台振动的情况下，在实验中输入幅值为5 mrad的常值信号，分别用基于以上6种控制器控制的FSM跟踪输入信号，基于6种控制器的系统稳态误差实验数据对比如 图7 图7 所示。图中，0~10 s，10~20 s，20~30 s，30~40 s，40~50 s，50~60 s分别为GA-IADRC，TE-IADRC，PID，IDA-IADRC，DA-IADRC和PSO-IADRC控制器所控制系统的稳态误差数据，其稳态误差的最大值分别为2.375 3，2.616 6，2.997 7，1.653 3，2.232 3，2.187 2 μrad。可以明显看出，基于IDA-IADRC的系统的稳态误差的最大值最小，且系统稳态误差控制在±2 μrad以内。 7 结　论 1 为了提高天基激光武器光电跟瞄系统中FSM的跟踪精度和抗干扰能力，本文设计了一种基于改进蜻蜓算法的IADRC，通过实验验证了该控制器设计的有效性和与PID控制器相比的优越性。基于该控制器的FSM在跟踪高频正弦信号时位置误差的均方根值为7.596 μrad，与PID控制器相比减少了44.333 μrad，在跟踪常值信号时可将系统稳态误差严格控制在±2 μrad以内。DA中惯性因子、队列因子、聚集因子的调整方式由线性调整变为非线性调整，和在算法前期引入末位淘汰策略，算法后期引入贪婪策略，这些措施可以提高DA的性能，找到使控制器性能更优的参数。将DA用于自抗扰控制器参数优化，可以解决人工试凑法整定效率低，传统优化算法优化参数易陷入局部最优的问题。采用基于IDA的IADRC控制FSM，与传统PID控制器相比，可以较大幅度地提高FSM的跟踪精度，从而更好地满足激光武器领域中对FSM的需求。
