Combined with dynamic holographic processing， this method enables hollow helix microrobots to be efficiently fabricated. First， Bessel holograms generated according to the Bessel transmission function are superposed， and the generated light field is simulated and experimentally measured. Next， ring structures with different numbers of side lobes （2-4） are fabricated using the superimposed holograms， and the effects of two parameters on the width of the side lobe and diameter of the ring are analyzed. Subsequently， hollow double helix microrobots with widths of 25 µm and lengths of 100 µm are rapidly fabricated by introducing the dynamic holographic processing method. Finally， the microrobots are driven by a rotating magnetic field in a microfluidic environment. Experimental results indicate that only 6 s are required to process a microrobot and that the microrobots advance 400 µm in a straight line in 7 s under a rotating magnetic field. This method provides a promising means of mass manufacturing helix microrobots and has immense application value in fields such as noninvasive surgery and drug delivery. 激光加工 飞秒激光 贝塞尔光束叠加干涉 动态全息加工 ［ 4 4 - 5 5 4-5 ］ 、靶向递送 ［ 6 6 - 7 7 6-7 ］ 和解毒 ［ 8 8 - 9 9 8-9 ］ 等方面有着广阔的应用前景。然而，这些应用对微机器人的性能要求有所不同。在无创手术中，人们希望安全无接触式操纵微机器人指向病变细胞；在靶向递送中，具有强大装载能力的微机器人是多种药物在体内运输所不可缺少的；在解毒应用中，较大的相对接触面积和无污染的批量生产是快速清除有毒物质的关键。因此，具有无接触操纵、装载能力强、可大批量生产等特点的微机器人被迫切需要。 目前，人们已经提出了许多有效的微机器人操纵策略，包括化学 ［ 10 10 ］ 、光学 ［ 11 11 ］ 、超声 ［ 12 12 ］ 和磁驱动 ［ 13 13 ］ 。在这些策略中，磁驱动因无燃料推进、无线操纵和高可控性等优点而受到广泛关注。螺旋结构作为大多数磁驱微机器人的经典结构，可以将平面旋转改变为向前运动 ［ 14 14 - 16 16 14-16 ］ ，已被用于制造螺旋微机器人。Zhang等人通过金属沉积、光刻、反应离子蚀刻、lift-off工艺以及用InGaAs/GaAs/Cr将薄膜自卷曲，利用梯度应力形成微螺旋，制备了复合金属微螺旋 ［ 17 17 ］ ，但这种方法非常复杂。Tottori等人利用激光直写（Laser Direct Writing，DLW）制造了具有不同参数的微螺旋 ［ 18 18 ］ 。然而，螺旋状微结构的缺点是装载能力弱和相对接触面积小，而且采用单点扫描制造微螺旋非常费时。本课题组采用飞秒激光全息技术，利用液晶空间光调制器将高斯分布的飞秒激光调制成多焦点阵列、艾里光、涡旋光和贝塞尔光等结构光场，并用于快速加工多功能微纳米器件 ［ 19 19 - 20 20 19-20 ］ ，在保留飞秒激光高分辨率、真三维加工能力的基础上极大提高了加工效率。本文提出了一种带侧瓣的环形结构光场，用于灵活高效地加工中空螺旋微机器人，并在微流体环境中实现了磁驱动。这种方法具有极高的加工效率，能够批量制造具有装载能力的磁驱微机器人，促进磁驱微机器人在生物医学领域中的发展及应用。 2 原　理 1 2.1　飞秒激光动态全息加工系统 2 图1 图1 为飞秒激光全息加工系统。实验采用了一种飞秒激光器（中心波长为800 nm，重复频率为80 MHz，脉冲宽度为75 fs）结合纯相位反射式液晶空间光调制器（Spatial Light Modulator，SLM，Holoeye，1 920×1 080）的全息加工系统。激光束经扩束器扩束后，由SLM调制反射生成结构光，并采用渐变滤光片控制激光束能量。由于SLM为衍射元件，所以光束调制后会产生多个级次，本系统利用光阑仅使+1级次的衍射光通过。最后，用高数值孔径（ NA =1.35）60×油浸物镜对调制后的光束聚焦，光束射入光刻胶中进行曝光加工，以获得更高的加工质量。 2.2　基于数字全息的叠加贝塞尔光束产生方法 2 实验使用的SLM是一种对光束进行纯相位调制的衍射光学元件，通过改变液晶分子的排列对相位在0~2π内的光进行256级调制。调制产生的光场由加载在SLM上的计算全息图决定。 贝塞尔光束具有近似贝塞尔函数的强度分布， 理想的贝塞尔光在垂直于传播方向的平面观察屏上的光强分布为一系列同心圆环，其透射函数表达式如下： <math display="block" 传统的贝塞尔光可以用以上方法获得，并用于快速加工微管道支架。基于贝塞尔光之间的叠加干涉可以获得更多干涉图样，用于制造各种复杂的微纳结构。目前对贝塞尔光干涉的尝试主要是同轴干涉，本文提出一种贝塞尔光离轴叠加干涉的方法，可以产生侧瓣能量增强的环形光场。 图2 图2 （a）中展示了贝塞尔光的计算全息图和仿真的均匀环形光强分布，4个贝塞尔光离轴叠加干涉后的全息图和仿真光场如 图2 图2 （b）所示，沿圆环均匀分布4个能量增强点。 2.3　不同瓣数叠加贝塞尔光束的光场分析 2 利用MATLAB程序进一步研究叠加干涉贝塞尔全息图生成的光场，进行菲涅耳衍射仿真分析，并利用CCD相机收集实际生成的光场。如 图3 图3 （a）和3（b）所示，仿真结果表明新光场保持了贝塞尔光的环形特性，同时沿圆环均匀分布4个能量增强点，这是由原本贝塞尔全息图的相位分布在叠加处产出突变引起的。实测的光强分布如 图3 图3 （b）所示，与仿真结果基本一致。叠加贝塞尔光的聚焦特性如 图3 图3 （c）所示，用60×油浸物镜（NA 1.35）聚焦调制后的光束，用低表面粗糙度的光滑硅片反射的离焦不同位置处的聚焦光场被CCD接收，得到沿 Z 轴由4点逐渐聚焦为环形的光束。观测到4点光强成线性聚焦收缩，相互接近后光强转变为环形分布，并且4点光强间距离恒大于环形光直径，这一特点导致后续加工的环形微结构沿圆环外围带有侧瓣。 改变叠加贝塞尔光的数目可以灵活地调控生成环形光场局部能量增强点的数目，从而改变加工环形微结构带有侧瓣的数目。以相同的离轴叠加方式获得的叠加贝塞尔数目分别为3和2的全息图、仿真光场和实测光场如 图4 图4 所示。 3 实　验 1 3.1　带侧瓣环状结构的加工 2 实验中采用一种商用光刻胶（SZ2080），由锆-硅杂化溶胶-凝胶材料掺杂了1%质量比的光引发剂制成，相比其他光刻胶，该材料的收缩性可以忽略不计。首先将制备好的光刻胶旋涂在玻片上，旋涂厚度约为500 µm，并将玻片转移至100 ℃的热烘板预烘干1 h，以蒸发溶剂。然后，将玻片置于压电精密位移平台，激光束被高数值孔径（ NA =1.35）的60×油浸物镜（Olympus）聚焦射入光刻胶中进行曝光加工。加工完成后，样品被置于正丙醇中显影30 min，以洗去所有未被聚合的胶体。最后，自然干燥后的样品经过溅射镀金，被转移到扫描电子显微镜真空腔内进行观察。采用拓扑荷数 n =0，锥透镜半径 <math id="M7"><msub><mrow><mi>r</mi></mrow><mrow><mn =500可以获得最大的侧瓣宽度。 3.2　基于叠加贝塞尔光场动态全息术的中空双螺旋微机器人高效加工及磁驱动 2 为了高效制造具有运载能力、参数可灵活调控的微机器人，本文提出一种动态全息加工方法，如 图7 图7 （a）所示。由于SLM具有极高的刷新频率，不同的全息图可以动态地加载在SLM上以产生快速变化的结构光场。本实验中将旋转的双叠加贝塞尔全息图连续播放在SLM上，以产生快速变化的结构光场用于聚焦加工，同时样品沿 Z 向移动， 图7 图7 （b）为加工所得中空双螺旋结构的侧视图和俯视图。带侧瓣圆环结构的侧瓣宽度受加工使用的全息图参数影响明显，而侧瓣宽度会影响加工双螺旋结构时的螺纹宽度。为了获得最大的螺纹宽度，以增大螺纹与液体的接触面积，在驱动时获得更大推动力，加载全息图参数为 n =0， <math id="M22"><msub><mrow><mi>r</mi></mrow><mrow><mn http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=20933904&type= 2.62466669 3.72533321 =500，扫描速度为16 µm/s。加工的微螺旋机器人长100 µm，宽为25 µm。改变全息图的旋转速度可以灵活地改变螺距。螺旋中空处可以方便地为药物运载提供场所。 图7 图7 （c）为微机器人在前端和后端中空处装载1 µm和2.5 µm的二氧化硅微粒子，展示了微机器人的运载能力。具体操作方法如下，将混合有微粒子的溶液以微升量级滴加在玻片上微机器人所在位置上，然后再吸走大部分溶液，剩余包含微粒子的溶液在短时间内迅速蒸发，这个过程中微粒子受毛细力作用被吸入螺旋机器人中空处，完成货物装载。值得一提的是，如果采用传统的逐点扫描策略，加工一个微机器人需要几分钟，但使用动态全息光场加工的方法，单个微机器人加工只需要约6 s即可完成，批量生产100个微机器人也仅需约10分钟。除此之外，如果采用更高的扫描速度和更大的加工能量，加工时间还可以进一步缩短，从而大大提高了批量生产螺旋微机器人的效率。 中空微螺旋机器人制备完成后，采用蒸镀、转移到液体环境、外加旋转磁场3个步骤实现其驱动。首先，用热蒸发镀膜机蒸镀200 nm的铁层对微机器人进行金属化。然后，向结构所在的玻片滴加20 µL去离子水，用毛细管戳倒结构使之与玻璃基底分离，接着用20 µL移液器吸取玻片上包含双螺旋结构的液体，将之转移到置于亥姆霍兹线圈中的载玻片上。最后，通过亥姆霍兹线圈提供均匀的三维旋转磁场，有效地驱动螺旋微机器人在去离子水液体中旋转前进。实验中使用磁场的磁感应强度为1 mT，驱动频率为8 Hz。 图8 图8 （a）为中空双螺旋微机器人将平面旋转改变为向前运动的示意图， 图8 图8 本文提出了一种结构光场，并结合动态全息加工方法快速制备了中空双螺旋微机器人，最后实现了微机器人的无线磁控驱动。首先，对根据贝塞尔传输函数生成的贝塞尔全息图进行叠加，并对产生的光场进行仿真和实验测量。然后，利用叠加的全息图加工出带不同数目侧瓣（2~4）的环形结构，并研究了不同参数对结构侧瓣宽度的影响。进一步，利用动态旋转的结构光快速加工出中空双螺旋微机器人。相比传统的飞秒激光逐点扫描策略，动态全息方法加工单个微机器人仅需要6 s，将加工效率提升了2个数量级。最后，微机器人经过镀铁后在微流体环境下通过旋转磁场实现了无线操纵，驱动性能良好。本文利用动态光场实现了螺旋微机器人的高效制备，为批量制造具有运载能力的微机器人提供了一种新的途径。 参考文献 BERG H C ， ANDERSON R A .
