However， modulation using DMD causes the focus plane of SHTSI to tilt； consequently， the resultant image obtained from the spectrometer does not match the cooled shield of the detector. This causes image degradation and field of view loss. In this paper， a novel SHTSI system design is proposed to improve the quality of the final image. The design also addresses the issues of cold stop aperture mismatch and field of view accuracy. In this scheme， the design of the front lens contains a tilted and off-center lens， which tilts the image of the object by 24° with respect to the primary focus plane. Based on this method， a SHTSI optical system is designed， and the spot diagram RMS of the full field of the system was calculated to be less than 5 µm. This ensures that the system generates an even image. According to this design scheme， a SHTSI principle model machine is developed. The experiment results show that the evaluation of the restored spectral angular distance of the SHTSI system is better than 0.052. 光学系统设计 哈达玛变换成像光谱仪 中波光谱成像 数字微镜阵列 optical designing Hadamard transform spectral imager MWIR spectral imaging digital mirror devices 1 引　言 1 光谱成像技术能够同时获取探测目标的空间几何特征和光谱属性特征，被广泛应用于资源勘探、环境减灾、气候预测、天文物理、生命科学、工业检测等诸多领域 ［ 1 1 - 3 3 1-3 ］ 。孔径编码光谱成像技术作为一种新的计算光谱成像技术，相比传统光谱成像方式，对光谱成像仪器的探测灵敏度、探测速度、空间和光谱分辨率等多个指标有显著改善。其中，哈达玛编码光谱成像基于多通道信号复用技术原理，大大提高对微弱目标光谱信号探测信噪比，解决被动探测过程中中波信号较弱带来的成像质量问题。 上世纪80年代， NELSON E D和Martin 等人以哈达玛编码原理为核心开展并完善了孔径编码光谱成像理论 ［ 4 4 - 5 5 4-5 ］ 。Morris课题组开展了基于哈达玛编码技术的拉曼光谱成像相关研究工作 ［ 6 6 ］ ，2002年，美国Sandia 国家实验室Smith M W等人首次将数字微镜阵列（Digital Mirror Devices， DMD）应用于孔径编码成像 ［ 7 7 - 9 9 7-9 ］ 。2007年美国杜克大学提出通过使用DMD作为编码元件实现了双色散编码孔径光谱成像仪（Dual Disperser Coded Aperture Snapshot Spectral Imager， DD-CASSI）和单色散孔径编码光谱成像仪（Single Disperser Coded Aperture Snapshot Spectral Imager， SD-CASSI），分别对应谱间调制和空间调制型编码成像光谱仪。2008年，Marco F. Duarte等人提出基于DMD编码的单像素成像技术，使以DMD作为编码元件的孔径编码成像技术成为研究热点 ［ 10 10 ］ 。 国内，中科院西安光机所完成了以DMD作为编码模板的可见光波段的哈达玛编码光谱成像仪原理样机研制，并开展了不同调制方式、不同波段的哈达玛编码光谱成像技术研究 ［ 11 11 - 12 12 11-12 ］ 。2014年起，上海技物所开展了长波红外哈达玛编码光谱成像系统的研制，中科院长春光机所、中科院空天信息研究院等多个机构和高校也相继开展基于DMD的可见光波段到短波红外波段的孔径编码光谱成像技术相关研究，在光学设计和数据处理方面取得诸多进展 ［ 13 13 - 18 18 13-18 ］ 。 在可见光和近红外波段，可以通过倾斜探测器的方式修正DMD调制导致的像面倾斜问题。但将基于DMD编码调制器的光学系统波长范围扩展至中长波波段，由于探测器冷光阑的存在，无法通过探测器倾斜来修正系统产生的斜像问题。针对这一难题，长春理工大学采用offner色散结构和双DMD修正的方法来消除像面倾斜 ［ 19 19 ］ ，但该光学系统结构较为复杂，双DMD调制空间匹配难度大。长春光机所分别从光学设计和算法层面提出解决方法。在光学设计上，张建忠等人提出采用偏视场入射的方式匹配DMD设计，通过反射镜作为矫正镜实现像面的正入射 ［ 20 20 ］ ，但这一设计应用场景受限，只能用于斜视成像系统。吕伟振等人提出在DMD后端接矫正镜 ［ 16 16 ］ ，实现像面正入射，但对于小型光学系统，若矫正镜采用反射镜，系统装调难度较大；若采用透射镜，则会增加一组矫正镜头，增加系统复杂度的同时，降低系统的透过率。吴培等人构建光学畸变模型，通过算法对DMD导致的像面畸变进行修正 ［ 21 21 ］ ，由于过于依赖先验知识以及光学系统图像降质的物理模型，其精度难以保证。 本文针对空间型哈达玛变换光谱成像仪（Space Hadamard Transforms Spectral Imager， SHTSI）像面倾斜问题，提出一种倾斜像面补偿的设计方法，从根源上消除了DMD带来的像面倾斜问题，实现SHTSI全视场范围的均匀成像。 2 原理及方法 1 2.1　SHTSI技术原理 2 SHTSI光学系统包括前置物镜、编码模板、准直光路、色散元件、成像镜和探测器组件，其技术原理示意图如 图1 图1 所示。 编码模板在一次像面位置对空间信息进行编码，继而通过棱镜或光栅对编码后的信息进行色散，最终在探测器上获得不同空间位置处的光谱信号的叠加，其编码过程如 图2 图2 所示。 其数学模型可表示如 式（1） 式（1） 所示： <math display="block" id="M1"><mtable columnalign="left"><mtr><mtd><msubsup><mrow><mi>y</mi></mrow><mrow><mi>j</mi></mrow><mrow><mi>p</mi></mrow></msubsup><mo>=</mo><mstyle displaystyle="true"><munderover><mo largeop="true">∑</mo><mrow><mi>i</mi><mo>=</mo><mn mathvariant="normal">1</mn></mrow><mrow><mi>H</mi><mo>-</mo><mi>p</mi><mo>+</mo><mn mathvariant="normal">1</mn></mrow></munderover></mstyle><mrow><msub><mrow><mi>s</mi></mrow><mrow><mi>p</mi><mo>+</mo><mi>i</mi><mo>-</mo><mn mathvariant="normal">1</mn></mrow></msub></mrow><msub><mrow><mi>x</mi></mrow><mrow><mo stretchy="false">(</mo><mi>i</mi><mo>,</mo><mi>H</mi><mo>-</mo><mi>i</mi><mo>+</mo><mn mathvariant="normal">1</mn><mo stretchy="false">)</mo></mrow></msub><mo>+</mo></mtd></mtr><mtr><mtd><mstyle displaystyle="true"><munderover><mo largeop="true">∑</mo><mrow><mi>i</mi><mo>=</mo><mi>H</mi><mo>-</mo><mi>p</mi><mo>+</mo><mn mathvariant="normal">2</mn></mrow><mrow><mi>H</mi></mrow></munderover></mstyle><mrow><msub><mrow><mi>s</mi></mrow><mrow><mi>p</mi><mo>+</mo><mi>i</mi><mo>-</mo><mi>H</mi></mrow></msub></mrow><msub><mrow><mi>x</mi></mrow><mrow><mo stretchy="false">(</mo><mi>i</mi><mo>,</mo><mi>H</mi><mo>-</mo><mi>i</mi><mo>+</mo><mn mathvariant="normal">1</mn><mo stretchy="false">)</mo></mrow></msub><mo>,</mo></mtd></mtr></mtable></math> http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=27021374&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=27021357&type= 45.80466461 19.81200027 其中： i 表示光谱谱段， j 表示探测器像元空间位置， p 表示成像次数， H 表示编码维度。通过矩阵表达为： <math display="block" id="M2"><mi mathvariant="bold-italic">Y</mi><mo>=</mo><mi mathvariant="bold-italic">S</mi><mi mathvariant="bold-italic">X</mi></math> http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=27021388&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=27021372&type= 12.69999981 2.79399991 . 上述公式中 X 表示目标的光谱信息， S 表示编码模板形成的编码矩阵， Y 表示在探测器上获得的编码压缩信号。由于SHTSI是完备编码系统，并且Hadamard矩阵总是可逆的，因此信号即可通过逆矩阵解线性方程的方法进行反演，如下 公式（3） 公式（3） 所示： <math display="block" id="M3"><mi mathvariant="bold-italic">X</mi><mo>=</mo><msup><mrow><mi mathvariant="bold-italic">S</mi></mrow><mrow><mo>-</mo><mn mathvariant="normal">1</mn></mrow></msup><mi mathvariant="bold-italic">Y</mi></math> http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=27021392&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=27021379&type= 15.49400043 3.04800010 . 2.2　SHTSI设计方案及优化 2 相比传统编码调制器件，DMD具有高分辨率、高帧频、体积小等优点。DMD器件及其工作模式如 图3 图3 （a）所示，通过微镜产生+12°和 - 12°角度翻转实现对光场的调制。在这一过程中，DMD微镜的翻转模式导致其调制光路中会出现成像面倾斜的问题。在非制冷系统中，通过倾斜放置探测器焦面即可解决这一问题，如 图3 图3 （b）所示。但对于制冷型系统而言，探测器冷光阑的存在对光学系统的光路进行了约束，倾斜放置探测器会导致光学系统光路和探测器冷光阑不匹配，造成视场缺失，如 图3 图3 （c）所示。同时，制冷型探测器在不倾斜的情况下，会造成焦面位置离焦，如 图3 图3 （d）所示。 1,2;3,4; 针对上述问题，本文提出一种新的物镜镜头设计方案。在前置物镜的设计中加入偏轴和离心镜片，从而使系统的一次像倾斜24°，对DMD 调制像造成的12°倾斜像面进行预补偿，使二次成像主光轴和冷光阑同轴，从而使进入冷光阑的像实现正投影。其原理如 图4 图4 所示。 3 空间调制型哈达玛变换光谱成像系统 1 3.1　系统设计参数 2 本系统中，探测器采用斯特林制冷型中波红外焦平面组件，探测器规格为：320×256，光谱响应范围为3.7~4.8 μm，像元尺寸为30 μm。本系统采用中波红外制冷型探测器，探测器冷光阑与系统出瞳面相匹配，基于系统指标开展设计。系统指标参数见 表1 表1 。 Item Value Spectrum range/μm 3.7~4.8 Field of view/（°） 2.4 Spectral resolution/nm 150 Number of spectral bands 7 Aperture/mm 25.8 Focal length/mm 50 3.2　前置物镜设计及分析 2 前置成像光学系统的设计需要考虑两部分因素，第一是解决目标场景沿光轴正入射情况下DMD导致的二次像面倾斜问题。第二是保证经DMD小角度反射后的光路不被前置镜片遮挡，避免视场缺失。 针对上述问题，首先，通过倾斜像面补偿的思路，在前置镜组中采用离轴和偏心等镜片的设计，使得一次像面形成24°倾斜角度，并将DMD倾斜24°放置，使一次像面和DMD平面重合，对二次成像进行角度补偿，使二次成像光路主光轴和探测器冷光阑光轴重合。其次，考虑到DMD小角度反射，前置成像系统的相对孔径设计为F/4，保证前置镜有足够的后截距，不会对DMD反射光产生遮挡。在上述基础上，为保证全系统成像质量，达到系统像差校正要求，前置成像光学系统在DMD 编码模板的弥散斑直径要求不超过一个微振镜的尺寸10.8 μm。设计的前置镜焦距 f =100 mm，视场FOV=2.4°。前置成像系统光路图如 图5 图5 所示，系统采用4片镜片组成，二镜和四镜偏心、倾斜放置，使得一次像面24°角倾斜，实现对DMD调制产生的像面倾斜角的补偿。 前置镜设计结果的评价如 图6 图6 所示，在17 lp/mm处前置望远镜衍射MTF > 0.5；点列图RMS半径 < 11 μm，满足DMD对空间图像信息调制的要求。 1;2; 3.3　色散棱镜设计和分析 2 系统设计光谱分辨率为150 nm，谱段数为7。受编码模板和探测器相互匹配的约束，系统的色散元件采用棱镜。棱镜选用CAF2材料，顶角为26.7°。棱镜的光谱色散角通过公式计算，其中 <math id="M4"><mi>N</mi><mo>=</mo><mn mathvariant="normal">7</mn></math> http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=27021490&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=27021488&type= 9.56733322 2.87866688 为光谱通道数， <math id="M5"><mi>d</mi><mo>=</mo><mn mathvariant="normal">0.03</mn></math> http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=27021500&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=27021497&type= 13.63133430 2.79399991 mm为像元尺寸， <math id="M6"><msub><mrow><mi>f</mi></mrow><mrow><mi mathvariant="normal">i</mi></mrow></msub><mo>=</mo><mn mathvariant="normal">40</mn></math> http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=27021503&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=27021509&type= 10.32933331 4.57200003 mm为成像镜焦距，使单个波长的折射光束宽度和入射宽度相等，倾斜棱镜摆放使光线以最小偏向角入射。光谱的色散角为 <math id="M7"><mi>θ</mi><mo>=</mo><mi mathvariant="normal">t</mi><mi mathvariant="normal">a</mi><msup><mrow><mi mathvariant="normal">n</mi></mrow><mrow><mo>-</mo><mn mathvariant="normal">1</mn></mrow></msup><mo stretchy="false">(</mo><mi>N</mi><mi>d</mi><mo>/</mo><msub><mrow><mi>f</mi></mrow><mrow><mi mathvariant="normal">i</mi></mrow></msub><mo stretchy="false">)</mo><mo>=</mo><mn mathvariant="normal">0.3</mn><mo>°</mo></math> http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=27021516&type= http://html.publish.founderss.cn/rc-pub/api/common/picture?pictureId=27021514&type= 37.25333405 5.07999992 ，根据棱镜色散公式确定色散棱镜顶角为26.7°，对于中心波长4.3 μm，以最小偏向角11.2°出射。 3.4　二次成像镜设计和分析 2 为满足DMD对一次像面的调制，前置物镜的数值孔径为 F /4。但系统所采用的红外探测器的冷光阑数值孔径为 F /2，要实现系统冷光阑匹配，需要再增加一组中继系统实现数值孔径的转换，使得入射光和制冷型探测器的冷光阑匹配。最终设计结果如 图7 图7 所示，共包括6片透镜。 成像镜的衍射MTF>0.81，点列图RMS半径小于5 μm，接近衍射极限。 3.5　全系统光学设计结果分析 2 根据指标和关键器件的参数开展全系统光学设计，前置成像镜组采用的偏心和离轴镜片设计，解决了由于DMD引起的像倾斜而导致的红外光学系统中制冷探测器冷瞳与成像光路不共轴的问题。后置成像镜通过中继系统对数值孔径转换，使系统冷光阑能够和光学系统的数值孔径匹配。系统共计采用了13片玻璃设计，透镜材料分别采用硅和锗，镀增透膜的单片玻璃透过率为0.97，棱镜采用氟化钙材料，在中波段的透过率优于0.94，DMD镜片表面镀银膜反射膜，中波反射率优于97%，窗口镜片为蓝宝石玻璃，中波段平均透过率优于80%，光学效率优于0.75，计算得到系统的光学效率优于0.45。全系统光学结构图如 图8 图8 所示。 对全系统设计结果进行分析评价，评价结果如 图9 图9 所示，其中图 9（a） 9（a） ~ 9（f） 9（f） 分别为成像系统的各个波段全视场点列图及几何MTF 图，由图中可以看出，各个波段的全视场处点列图的RMS评价指标均优于衍射极限。 1,2;3,4;5,6; 上述设计评价结果显示，基于倾斜像面补偿的空间调制型Hadamard 编码光谱成像系统的全视场成像具有一致性，成像系统接近衍射极限，像质良好，全视场范围内均不存在较大的离焦量。对优化补偿前后的SHTSI系统成像的离焦量进行比较，系统离焦量之间存在较大差异。如 图10 图10 所示，优化后的系统离焦量不超过6 µm，而未经修正的系统离焦量在边缘视场达到800 µm。 4 试验与结果 1 通过上述设计评价指标表明，经过倾斜像面修正后的光学系统最终能够实现均匀成像。在光机系统设计的基础上加工研制SHTSI光机系统，SHTSI实物图如 图11 图11 所示。 控制DMD生成十字叉丝，通过黑体光源照射系统，从而对系统线扩散函数和色散能力进行测试， 图12 图12 （a）中的竖直线用来测试SHTSI系统的线扩散函数，水平直线用来测试系统的色散能力。 图12 图12 （b）为提取的线扩散曲线。对曲线数据进行计算，得到中心像元的能量占系统总能量的比例达到70%，则实物系统的空间分辨率和设计分辨率一致，空间角分辨率为0.019°，而光谱维色散能量主要分布在7个像元上，系统的光谱分辨优于150 nm。 对SHTSI进行成像测试， 图13 图13 为对目标经7次哈达玛编码后的图像，其中的明暗条纹是由各谱段数据在色散方向经编码模板调制后叠加生成。对编码数据进行解码复原，复原过程见式（ 1 1 ）~（ 3 3 ）。经解码后得到各谱段的伪彩色图如 图14 图14 所示。对复原图像的光谱数据进行提取，和输入信号的光谱数据信息进行对比，结果如 图15 图15 所示，通过光谱角评价因子对部分提取光谱数据进行评价，光谱角评价因子优于0.052。 5 结　论 1 本文基于倾斜像面补偿的设计思路，对DMD光学系统引起的像面倾斜进行补偿，结果表明，基于倾斜像面补偿的光学设计方案，解决了DMD调制器件在冷光学系统中造成的像面倾斜问题。在此基础上，开展了SHTSI光学系统设计，设计结果表明，系统边缘视场的离焦量从800 µm降低到6 µm内，系统全视场点列图RMS小于5 μm，能够保证全视场均匀完善成像。在光机设计的基础上，研制了SHTSI原理样机，并开展了指标测试实验，测试结果表明空间分辨率和光谱分辨率满足设计指标，其中空间角分辨率达到0.019°，光谱分辨率达到150 nm。系统成像测试实验复原光谱数据光谱角评价因子优于0.052，能够实现较高精度的光谱数据立方体复原。 本文证明了倾斜像面补偿方法对DMD调制光路的修正作用，该设计方法适用于采用DMD作为调制器件的光学系统，具有通用性。 参考文献 高泽东 ， 郝群 ， 刘宇 ， 等 . 高光谱成像与应用技术发展 ［J］. 计测技术 ， 2019 ， 39 （ 4 ）： 24 - 34 . doi: 10.11823/j.issn.1674-5795.2019.04.03 http://dx.doi.org/10.11823/j.issn.1674-5795.2019.04.03 高光谱成像与应用技术发展 GAO Z D ， HAO Q ， LIU Y ， et al .
