Firstly， according to the characteristics of aerial remote sensing， the three-dimensional projection transformation relationship of the target is proposed to obtain the equivalent observation size of the target under any observation condition. According to the different radiation imaging characteristics of visible and infrared dual band point target and area target， the target operating range calculation models are established respectively. Then， combined with an engineering application example， the results of different calculation models are analyzed and compared， and the calculation model suitable for long-range squint imaging of aerial remote sensing camera is given. Then， the information extracted from the actual flight image of an aerial remote sensing camera is used to reasonably select the signal to noise ratio（SNR） and modulation threshold in the calculation process of target operating distance. According to the modified threshold， the corresponding operating distance of large ships and tanks under different detection and recognition probabilities of visible light and infrared is analyzed. The analysis results show that when the flight height of the carrier is 18 km， the atmospheric visibility is 15 km and the visible light focal length of the aerial remote sensing camera is not less than 1.5 m， the detection distance of 141 km and 93 km for large ships on the sea and 105 km and 80 km for small targets such as land tanks can be realized with 50% probability. Under the condition that the infrared focal length is not less than 1m， the detection distance of 203 km and the recognition distance of 140 km for large ships on the sea and 44 km and 37 km for small targets such as land tanks can be realized with a 50% probability. The above simulation results are consistent with the reality， and the results of this paper can be better applied to engineering practice. 航空相机 可见光红外 作用距离 探测识别 信噪比 调制度 对比度 aerial camera visible and 目标的作用距离是航空遥感相机的重要战技指标，要实际获得作用距离需要载荷在已知的气象条件、观测工况、系统光电参数及目标与背景的特性参数等一系列可控的条件下测量，这在工程实践上很难实现，且在项目总体论证阶段不具备可行性。因此，对目标作用距离进行精确地仿真分析具有重要意义。 传统作用距离的分析方法采用光电成像系统瞬时视场角作为系统极限分辨角，进而根据约翰逊（Johnson）准则进行目标作用距离分析，这种单纯考虑几何分辨率的作用距离评估方法的计算结果与实际观察效果差异较大 ［ 1 1 ］ 。文章［2-3］等综合考虑了可见光目标辐射特性、光电探测系统的响应特性的影响，推导了可见光信噪比和作用距离的计算公式并给出了计算实例，由于该模型忽略了大气条件的影响，因此只适用于短距离或大气条件影响不显著条件下光电成像的分析场景。陈玉茹 ［ 4 4 ］ 等将观测目标分为点目标和面目标，综合考虑了人眼的目标发现能力，目标的亮度对比度，观察等级和探测概率的要求，对高分辨率可见光相机点源、面源目标的作用距离进行了估算。郭晓东 ［ 5 5 ］ 等系统地分析了红外点目标作用距离理论模型。沈飞 ［ 6 6 ］ 等将模型中目标辐射强度替代为目标与背景的辐射强度差，对理论模型未考虑背景辐射强度等不足进行了改进。崇元 ［ 7 7 ］ 等还考虑了红外点目标在像元弥散作用下的影响。王忆锋 ［ 8 8 ］ 等讨论了光子数、噪声等效温差和最小可分辨温差与红外点源目标和扩展源目标的作用距离之间的关系。罗振莹 ［ 9 9 ］ 等考虑了背景辐射和目标成像弥散效应对探测的影响推导了噪声等效温差（NETD）表示的红外探测系统的作用距离方程。 综上，影响光电成像系统作用距离的因素众多，针对不同波段采用的计算模型也不唯一，其计算结果缺乏分析比较与工程闭环。本文从航空遥感相机的应用场景出发，完善了可见光、红外的点目标和面目标的计算模型，给出了计算实例并分析比较了各种计算模型的优劣，明确了适用于可见光与红外双波段航空遥感相机目标作用距离的分析方法，采用实际飞行图像中提取的信息对计算模型中的阈值进行了修正，使计算结果更接近工程实际。 2 双波段航空遥感相机目标作用距离理论分析 1 航空遥感相机目标作用距离主要受限于以下三个条件 ［ 10 10 ］ ： （1）目标的几何分辨率，即由几何特性决定的目标成像后在探测器靶面上所占的像元数，通常由Johnson准则来评价； （2）目标的成像信噪比或对比度，即由辐射特性决定的目标与背景经成像链路后在成像探测器上信号与噪声的差异； （3）目标的辐射能量经过成像链路后可满足探测器的灵敏度要求。 因此，要分析航空遥感目标的作用距离，首先是研究目标的几何和辐射特性。 2.1　目标特性分析-几何特性 2 目标的几何特性通常是指被观测目标经过光学系统后成像在探测器上的几何尺寸。在航空遥感相机领域，根据其成像特点，目标成像后精确的几何尺寸需要根据目标的三维尺寸经过坐标变换后在与观测视轴（光学系统光轴）正交的探测器像面上的投影来确定，如 图1 图1 所示。 （1）针对可见光成像：航空遥感相机主要探测的是来自物体表面反射的太阳光辐射，因此，可见光探测的应用主要受到太阳高角、大气条件及目标自身反射率等条件的限制。 （2）针对红外成像：红外波长的覆盖宽度较广，可包含0.76μm到1000μm，其中近红外和短波红外仍主要来源于目标反射的太阳光谱，在航空遥感相机成像领域主要应用的中波和长波红外则主要来源于被摄物体的自发热辐射，在辐射波长 λ 1 ~ λ 2 范围内的黑体辐射强度可根据普朗克方程（2）计算得到，在根据目标在特定温度下的发射率就可以得到红外波段目标的辐射特性情况 ［ 11 11 ］ 。 <math display="block" id="M5"><msub><mrow><mi>M</mi></mrow><mrow><mi>e</mi></mrow></msub><mo km，光学系统的相关参数如 表1 表1 所示，水平大气能见度15 km，视轴投影与目标长度方向夹角45°，太阳高度角45°，顺光观测，采用Modtran4.0软件计算太阳照度及大气透过率；目标反射率0.4，海洋背景反射率0.1，陆地背景反射率0.25，目标与背景温差5℃，发射率均取0.9，可见光信噪比的探测和识别阈值分别为5和10；可见光调制度的探测和识别阈值分别为0.01和0.02；红外信噪比的探测和识别阈值分别为3和5，采用上述不同计算公式对 表2 表2 （1）可见光信噪比方法在原理上并没有考虑到目标大小的影响，因此在其他条件不变，目标和背景的反射率一定的情况下，应用该公式计算出的作用距离与目标尺寸大小无关； （2）可见光调制度法虽然考虑了目标大小的影响，但因航空遥感相机可见光光学系统的焦距较长，大小目标对应的空间频率均较低，对应的传函数值变化对最终调制度计算结果的影响甚微，故目标像元数满足观测阈值时，目标尺寸大小并不会显著影响观测距离的远近； （3）红外点目标的作用距离公式与目标尺寸大小强相关，这是因为目标与背景的辐射强度差与目标的面积大小有关，但该公式的应用是有限制条件的，即目标为点目标； （4）红外NETD法与可见光调制度法一样，将目标大小的影响体现在了目标经光学系统成像后的传函数值大小上，但航空遥感相机红外光学系统的焦距通常远小于可见光，且红外探测器的像元尺寸较大，这就造成了红外系统的几何分辨率较低，因此在应用该方法计算红外小目标的作用距离时需要考虑目标像元数的影响，表格3中计算结果后的括号中给出了引入约翰逊准则（选取探测概率100%，识别概率50%）考虑目标像元数影响后的修正结果。 综上，考虑到航空遥感相机远距离斜视成像的特殊性，我们在计算可见光目标的探测距离时采用信噪比法；在计算可见光目标的识别距离时采用调制度法；在计算红外目标的探测距离时采用点目标公式，在计算红外目标的识别距离时采用NETD法；同时，对小尺寸目标的观测时还需要考虑目标像元数是否满足观测所需的阈值条件。 4 双波段航空遥感相机目标作用距离的试验分析与计算阈值修正 1 4.1　双波段航空遥感相机的航拍数据分析 2 为使仿真结果更吻合实际，我们选择某航空遥感设备的航拍图像，如 图2 图2 所示。借鉴辐射定标的手段，将原图在无损无对比度拉伸的情况下提取出一些典型地物的灰度值，结合已标定的探测器参数及图像注释信息等已知的成像条件，对图像的观测信噪比及调制度进行了提取，采用前文总结的计算方法给出仿真结果作为对比，如 表4 表4 所示。 Target type Target size （m） 中的数据可以看出，实际飞行图像提取出的结果与理论计算结果并不完全一致，这里除了存在输入条件误差、图像处理误差等误差因素外，主要原因是存在观测概率问题。为了更好地使仿真计算结果贴近工程实践，我们对大量飞行图像中同一观测目标的信噪比及调制度数据进行重复提取，参考Johnson准则将目标的观测等级分类并对应不同的观测周数（像元数），从而得到相应的观测概率的方法给出了适用于远距离航空遥感成像条件下不同观测概率对应的信噪比及调制度阈值，如 100% 30 0.04 15 4.3　修正阈值后的计算结果 2 采用 表5 表5 中的阈值条件，分别选取大型舰船和坦克为观测目标，其它设置条件与第三节的计算示例相同，将可见光与红外不同的探测及识别概率下对应的作用距离分别绘制成图，如 图3 图3 所示。 1,2; 5 结　论 1 本文给出了航空遥感相机目标作用距离的主要限制条件，从目标的几何和辐射特性出发，归纳总结了针对航空遥感相机远距离斜视条件下可见光与红外双波段观测下目标作用距离的分析方法，并给出了计算示例，分析并比较了不同计算方法的优缺点，给出了适合航空遥感相机远距离斜视成像条件下选用的计算公式。采用某型航空遥感相机的实际飞行图像中提取的信息，对目标作用距离计算过程中信噪比及调制度的阈值进行了合理选择，并根据修正后的阈值分析了大型舰船和坦克在可见光与红外不同的探测及识别概率下对应的作用距离，并绘制了曲线图。本文明确了对航空遥感相机远距离成像的作用距离的分析手段，以实际飞行数据修正了分析结果，结果表明：在载机航高18 km，大气能见度15 km，航空遥感相机可见光焦距不低于1.5 m时，可实现在50%的概率下对海面大型舰船的探测距离141 km、识别距离93 km，对陆地坦克等小目标的探测距离105 km、识别距离80 km；在红外焦距不低于1 m的条件下，可实现在50%的概率下对海面大型舰船的探测距离203 km、识别距离140 km，对陆地坦克等小目标的探测距离44 km、识别距离37
