The double laser triangulation system can detect the spatial position of the high reflection strip during transmission. Therefore， some key technologies were studied， such as laser beam shrinking， image acquisition and processing， centroid positioning， and system calibration. First， the principle of measuring the strong reflection strip’s spatial position with a double laser was introduced， followed by the design of the detection system. A beam constrictor was added to the transmission optical path to improve the positioning accuracy of laser spot centroid extraction. Second， the detection system’s calibration experiment was completed by setting up the experimental detection device for the spatial position of strip transmission. Furthermore， the calibration curve of the spatial position of the strip transmission was obtained. The fitting method of the corresponding curve between the spot centroid and the actual position of the strip based on the least square polynomial was proposed. Finally， the transmission position of the amorphous strip was detected by the high-speed camera and the CMOS camera simultaneously. The measurement accuracy of the CMOS camera was verified by taking the measurement results of the high-speed camera as the reference value. The results show that the relative deviation between the detection result of the CMOS camera and the reference value is less than 0.05%， conforming to the system position detection accuracy of 50% μm. The proposed system can be used for high precision measurement of spatial position in the transmission process of the strip with a high reflector. 激光测量 空间位置检测 光斑质心定位 多项式拟合 非晶带材 laser measurement spatial position detection facula centroid location polynomial fitting amorphous strip 1 引　言 1 近年来，非晶合金带材由于具有高饱和磁感应强度、高导磁率和低铁损等优异性能，在变压器铁芯中逐步替代硅钢片得到了广泛的应用 ［ 1 1 - 2 2 1-2 ］ 。尤其是用非晶合金带材制造的立体卷铁芯变压器，具有噪声小、三相电磁平衡好、漏磁小以及结构强度高等优势，因此成为变压器铁芯的主要发展方向 ［ 3 3 - 4 4 3-4 ］ 。目前，非晶带材立体卷铁芯的制备主要通过将非晶带材纵向切割成具有一定斜率的开料带材，再进行卷绕成型 ［ 5 5 ］ 。切割过程中非晶带材的传输空间位置状态直接影响带材切割和卷绕质量。非晶带材的传输主要依靠前后两个传动辊及驱动系统控制其传输速度与方向。由于非晶带材自身的薄、硬、脆等特性，传动辊转速不同步、辊系空间位置的垂直度与水平度误差等原因 ［ 6 6 ］ ，极易导致传输带材出现折叠、脆断、跑偏等问题，无法实现精密切割及恒张力立体卷绕。因此，需对非晶带材传输过程中的空间位置进行高精度检测，并将其实时反馈至传动辊系的控制系统，实现传动辊系转速的实时匹配，保证带材能够保持绷紧状态传输至切割位置，实现带材的高效切割和开料带材的恒张力卷绕。 目前，传输位置的检测方法主要有接触式和非接触式两种 ［ 7 7 ］ 。接触式检测容易造成被测表面的轻微磨损及划伤，影响测量精度 ［ 8 8 ］ 。非接触式检测具有高效率、高精度等特点，成为三维表面检测的重要途径。它包括脉冲飞行时间法 ［ 9 9 ］ 、相位法 ［ 10 10 ］ 、全息干涉法、双目立体视觉法和激光三角法等。其中，脉冲飞行时间法通过两个脉冲的时间差进行测量，测量精度取决于从光信号到电信号的转换精度，因此很难达到亚毫米级精度 ［ 11 11 ］ ；相位法测量时，测量信号的相位变化不是直接检测的，需转换为幅度变化，而由于相位的随机特性，以及传播过程中的信号衰减，易产生干扰信号，影响测量结果 ［ 12 12 ］ ；全息干涉法主要用于测量粗糙表面物体，成本较高，且对振动等机械噪音非常敏感 ［ 13 13 - 14 14 13-14 ］ ；双目立体视觉法进行图像匹配时，难以实现实时测量 ［ 15 15 ］ ；激光三角法 ［ 16 16 ］ 具有高精度、抗外界环境光、适用范围广等优点，可应用在带材厚度、位移、空间位置等参数的测量中 ［ 17 17 ］ 。 本文基于激光三角法测量原理，设计了一种双激光器和CMOS相机组合的位置检测系统，搭建带材传输空间位置检测装置，通过反射激光光斑的图像采集和质心位置 ［ 18 18 ］ 的准确提取，建立成像点位移与带材反射位置实际位移的关系，得到成像点成像坐标与带材检测点实际坐标的标定曲线，并基于最小二乘法进行多项式曲线拟合，得到非线性拟合函数 ［ 19 19 ］ 。最后，通过高速摄像仪与CMOS相机同时对非晶带材传输位置进行了测量，以高速摄像仪的测量结果为基准，标定检测系统的测量精度，进一步验证了检测系统的精确性。 2 双激光三角测量系统 1 2.1　测量原理 2 基于激光三角法的高反射带材空间位置测量原理如 图1 图1 所示。两个激光器以固定角度发射两束激光，经光束整形镜组传输至待测带材表面时发生反射；转折光束经成像透镜传输到光学成像屏形成两个光斑，通过监测相机对光斑进行监测成像。测量过程中，激光器、光学成像屏及相机位置固定，当被测面发生位置变化时，光斑位置相应改变。因此，通过光斑中心像素坐标可获得带材传输中反射点的空间位置 ［ 20 20 - 21 21 20-21 ］ 。 在光学结构参数确定的条件下，需满足Scheimpflug条件才能实现光斑清晰成像 ［ 22 22 ］ 。但光束传输过程中，激光入射光线与待测面法线夹角、光敏元件与反射光线夹角、物距、像距等具体参数不易精准测量，难以满足Scheimpflug条件。当被测表面等步长移动时，由于镜头畸变和几何像差的存在，光斑中心像素位移与带材实际位移呈非线性关系。因此，本文选用高分辨率CMOS相机，利用灰度质心法 ［ 23 23 ］ 实现光斑中心坐标的亚像素定位，并基于最小二乘法对标定曲线进行多项式拟合得出系统标定函数，通过光斑质心坐标的变化实现带材传输空间位置的检测。 2.2　系统设计 2 带材空间位置检测系统如 图2 图2 所示。其中，双激光发射模块由两个半导体激光器组成；光斑接收模块包括成像透镜和CMOS相机，通过图像传输接口将采集到的光斑图像传输至计算机；计算机作为测量系统的核心器件，承担了光源驱动、电机控制、图像采集与处理、光斑定位、空间位置检测以及结果显示等任务。 在测量系统中，光斑图像的质量直接影响测量结果的准确性。受激光发散角和非晶带材表面纹路的影响，所采集的光斑图像形状不规则，无法提取出光斑准确的质心位置，需要对传输光束进行整形处理。经整形的系统光学结构如 图3 图3 所示，光束整形装置由准直透镜和缩束器组成，其中缩束器是由厚度为10 mm和5 mm的BK7玻璃构成的双透镜结构。经带材反射的整形光束通过K9平凸透镜聚焦成像，最后通过前端设置窄带滤光片的CMOS相机采集激光光斑图像。 3 测量实验与结果 1 3.1　实验系统搭建与分析 2 带材传输空间位置测量实验装置如 图4 图4 所示。为验证激光成像光斑的整形与采集效果，其中一组激光器传输光路设置整形镜组。自然光照环境下采集的成像光斑图像如 图5 图5 （a）所示，可以看出整形前的光斑呈模糊的椭圆形分布，直径较大且拖尾；整形后的光斑接近圆形，能量分布均匀，无拖尾现象，形状规则。随后，增加采集滤光的光斑图像如 图5 图5 （b）所示，整形前的光斑由于能量较弱且光斑分散，滤光后光斑模糊不清，影响后续的图像处理；经准直、缩束后，光斑能量集中、亮度较大，滤光后也未削弱光斑能量。因此，光学系统较好地实现了光斑的整形作用，有效缩小了光斑尺寸，避免了光斑过大而超出图像采集区域的不利情况，便于激光光斑中心位置的精确定位。 利用CMOS采集经整形滤光后的双光斑图像，如 图6 图6 （a）所示。为实现光斑中心坐标的精确提取，对双光斑图像进行预处理，包括中值滤波与阈值分割，最后采用灰度质心法进行光斑中心定位，结果如 图6 图6 （b）所示。 3.2　系统标定 2 通过系统标定实验得到光斑质心点像素位置与带材实际位置的关系曲线，如 图7 图7 所示。设双光斑质心的像素坐标分别为 <math id="M1"><mo mm，拟合结果满足测量精度0.05 mm的要求。 根据上述分析可知，在双激光三角测量过程中，基于最小二乘法的四阶多项式拟合方法可以很好地拟合测量数据，实现带材传输空间位置的高精度计算。 3.3　实验结果与分析 2 控制非晶带材分别以10，30和60 mm/s的速度稳定传送，在1 s内通过CMOS相机以30 frame/s的帧率采集激光光斑，计算质心坐标，并采用标定函数 式（1） 式（1） 计算带材位置。由于CMOS相机的帧率有限，实验中以PCO.dimax CS1高速摄像机在500 frame/s帧率下的检测结果作为参考值。测量结果如 图9 图9 所示，在CMOS相机和高速摄像机的测量过程中，随着非晶带材传送速度的增大，带材位置的变化幅度越来越大，带材抖动也越来越剧烈。理论上，带材传输中左右两端的高度应保持相同，即带材始终在水平基准面上进行传输。然而， 图9 图9 表明，每幅图像对应的两个位置测量值具有一定偏差，但其变化趋势基本一致，存在着非严格的相关性。 对 图9 图9 中的数据进行相关性与差异性分析，结果如 表3 表3 所示。其中，SD为标准差， R 为极差， F 为检验统计量， <math id="M10"><mi>F</mi><mo>-</mo><msub><mrow><mi>c</mi></mrow><mrow><mi 的差异均不明显。由此可见，采用CMOS相机进行带材位置检测时，每组速度下的两个测量值均显著相关，由于高速摄像机的采集频率高，在检测位置处两个光斑的位置变化明显不一致，反映出带材在传输时会发生纵向跑偏、漂移等情况。实际应用中，无法在1 s内对500帧光斑图像进行快速处理，而且高速摄像仪成本昂贵，故本文选用低帧率的CMOS相机作为检测相机，用高速相机的检测结果作为标准值，检验CMOS相机的测量精度。 控制非晶带材以60 mm/s的速度稳定传输，同时采用CMOS相机与高速摄像机以10 frame/s的帧率在3 s内拍摄30幅图像，提取质心坐标，计算带材位置，以高速摄像机的计算结果为参考值，计算相对误差，结果如 图10 图10 所示。由图可知，CMOS相机的检测结果与参考值的相对偏差最大为0.043%，最大误差为0.041 mm，满足50 μm的测量精度要求。系统误差主要来源于光学系统本身存在的像差、光电检测的非线性特性和安装调试误差等。 4 结　论 1 本文在传统光学三角测量方法的基础上，提出了基于CMOS相机的双激光三角空间位置检测方法，实现了高反射带材传输空间位置的无接触实时检测，保证带材在传输过程中始终绷紧，有效避免了带材的撕裂及跑偏，提高了切割开料与卷绕的效率。 光斑质心的定位精度是影响激光三角法测量精度的主要因素之一。实验表明，通过激光缩束器以及质心法可实现光斑质心坐标的亚像素定位，采用最小二乘法四阶多项式拟合标定出光斑质心与带材实际位置的相应曲线，拟合的残差平方和为0.914%，均方误差为0.001 8%，最大误差仅为0.017 38 mm，满足0.05 mm的测量精度要求。 非晶带材传输过程的平稳性主要受传输速度的影响。非晶带材传输速度越大，空间位置检测结果的离散程度越大、差异性越强，带材纵向跑偏、漂移等现象越明显，直接影响后续带材的传输及切割、卷绕效率。CMOS相机检测结果与高速摄像机测量结果的相对偏差小于0.05%，最大误差为0.041 mm，满足0.05 mm的测量精度要求，可实现非晶带材在传输过程中空间位置的高精度测量。 参考文献 姚燕生 ， 唐建平 ，
