First， the target magnetic moment was estimated with the magnetic gradient tensor derivative invariant relations， and the difference calculation principle was used to estimate the measurement accuracy of the tensor component of the MGTS in the static sampling of the background field； then， the theoretical detection limit of on-site MGTS was estimated with the proposed method； and finally， the magnetic object was slided away from the MGTS and continuous sampling was performed， recording the actual tensor signal observable range， and verifying the estimation result of detection limit. The results show that the theoretical detection limit of MGTS is related to the baseline distance d ， the measurement accuracy q ， the target magnetic moment intensity M ， the angle θ between the target magnetic moment and the observation point， etc.； The longer d ， the higher q ， and the larger M ， the farther detect distance； The longer d and the closer observation， the greater the theoretical differential measurement error； The detection range of MGTS reaches the maximum in the direction parallel to the magnetic moment， but decreases sharply in the direction perpendicular. The experiments show that the estimation accuracy of detection limit of the planar-cross MGTS for four typical magnets is ± 0.5 m. 磁梯度张量 差分测量系统 探测极限 目标定位 magnetic gradient tensor differential measurement system detection limits target positioning 1 引　言 1 磁异常探测技术可应用于地下小尺度磁目标的定位与识别 ［ 1 1 - 2 2 1-2 ］ 。与磁场矢量和总磁场强度（Total Magnetic Intensity， TMI）相比，磁梯度张量（Magnetic Gradient Tensor， MGT）可以提供更丰富的目标体方位信息，抗干扰能力强，能够更好地适应复杂的测量环境 ［ 3 3 ］ 。MGT探测具有广泛的应用前景，如航空磁测、矿产勘探、未爆弹药搜索和排雷等 ［ 4 4 - 5 5 4-5 ］ 。 直接测量磁场梯度本质上很困难，但可利用矢量传感器在基线两端的读数差异近似估计磁标势的二次偏微分 ［ 6 6 ］ 。目前，常以磁传感器阵列形式构建磁梯度张量系统（Magnetic Gradient Tensor System， MGTS），并实现张量差分测量。MGTS主要分为两类：（1）基于超导效应 ［ 7 7 ］ ，这类系统由具有极高灵敏度和较小量程的超导量子干涉装置（Superconducting Quantum Interference Devices， SQUID）组成，其制造成本高，对测量环境要求严格，适用于生物磁检测、金属无损检测、航空磁测等灵敏度要求高但磁异常较弱的工况；（2）基于磁通门法 ［ 8 8 - 9 9 8-9 ］ ，这类系统由多个磁通门传感器组成，利于批量生产和制造，成本较低，安装要求较简单。目前，最先进的磁通门探头的灵敏度噪声可以达到6 pTrms/ <math id="M1"><mroot><mrow><mi 近年来，国内外研究团队搭建了各类磁通门法MGTS，包括直角四面体、正四面体、正方形、十字形、三角形等结构 ［ 13 13 - 16 16 13-16 ］ ，但针对特定结构MGTS探测极限的研究却鲜有报道。实测经验表明，差分方法测量磁梯度张量时系统的探测极限常受到结构误差、噪声、磁源强弱和探测方位等因素的影响 ［ 17 17 ］ 。为了定性且定量研究MGTS的理论探测极限，本文利用磁偶极子正演方程、张量矩阵特征方程和张量不变量联合推导出在系统基线距离、传感器测量精度、系统观测方位和磁源强度等相关参数约束下MGTS空间理论探测范围的计算公式。针对单一磁源，张量衍生不变关系定位方法 ［ 18 18 ］ 利用MGTS实现单点精确定位并准确估计出磁源的磁矩强度，使实测MGTS的理论探测极限成为可能。 2 MGT测量理论和张量不变量 值增大且观测距离很近时，磁场高阶偏微分也变得不可忽略。此时， 式（13） 式（13） 中第二项和后续项与首项相比不能忽略，差分测量结果失真愈发明显。 图4 图4 显示了系统由窗口（10 m，0， - 20 m）滑动测量至（100 m，0， - 20 m），即测点由磁偶极子中心逐渐远离的过程中 B xx 和 B xy 的理论测量误差。因此，随着观测距离变短，由差分计算的MGT测量值可靠性会变低，且 d 越长这种趋势越明显。从这些结果来看，MGTS的理论探测极限与基线距离、测量准确度、磁矩、观测点与磁矩矢量的夹角等有关；基线距离越长，传感器测量准确度越高，MGTS的理论可探测距离越远；基线距离越长，观测距离越近，张量差分测量理论误差越大；探测距离在平行于磁矩矢量的方向上达到最大，而在垂直于磁矩矢量的方向上急剧减小。 在工程实际中，基线距离的设置存在一个较优解，需综合考虑精度需求、距离需求及仪器尺寸等。 4 实　验 1 本文构建了一个实际的平面十字形MGTS，基线距离为0.5 m，其中包含4个Barrington公司生产的Mag-03磁通门传感器，以及一个由非磁性塑性树脂材料制成的十字架，见 图5 图5 。 将 图6 图6 中4种典型的磁体标记为 m 1 ， m 2 ， m 3 和 m 4 ，其中 m 1 和 m 2 为圆柱体， m 3 和 m 4 为长方体。这些磁体的等效偶极矩未知。 实验过程如 图7 图7 所示，以实现典型磁体的MGTS探测极限估计和验证。磁异常测量经验法表明，在超过物体长度约2.5倍的距离处，偶极矩会占主导作用 ［ 21 21 ］ ，磁目标可近似于磁偶极子。将4个磁铁视为远离目标位置的磁偶极子，并试图找到它们相对于几何形状的磁矩矢量。 图7 图7 中，环境测量用以估算传感器和MGTS的实际测量准确度， Q 为MGTS的测量准确度（单位：±nT/m），有 q = Qd /2。采用张量衍生不变关系定位方法 ［ 18 18 ］ 来估计磁铁位置，若位置处于磁铁的物理尺寸内，则表明磁矩估计是有效的。然后，利用放置磁铁前后的MGT测量读数和准确度 Q 判断MGTS是否已到达其探测极限。在测量中，这里采用零相位低通滤波来消除信号干扰。 4.1　传感器和MGTS的测量准确度估计 2 Mag-03传感器的出厂本底噪声幅度在±0.01~0.02 nT内 ［ 10 10 ］ ，然而传感器的真实读数几乎不可能达到此量级。实际上，实测读数不可避免地受到测量设备的电磁干扰，地磁场的本底噪声以及环境中其他未知涡流磁信号的干扰。通过信号处理的方法能够过滤掉一些有规律的高频信号，尽可能保留真实的磁场信息。 实验地点为中国石家庄某空旷野外，划定10 m×10 m且磁场较稳定的测区，标量质子磁强计测得该区域的磁总场强度均值为53 162 nT （±20 nT）。首先进行了环境测量，以确定滤波和降噪的截止频率。采样频率为500 Hz。 图8 图8 （a）、8（b）显示了经过约54 s静态采样后传感器1的 x 轴分量和频谱，并突出了前后各一秒内的读数变化细节。静磁场信号是一种超低频信号，而设备电流采集卡的噪声频段主要集中在50，235 Hz等频段。利用零相位低通滤波器来降低地磁信号噪声，并将截止频率保守地设置为 5 Hz。由于地磁日变的影响以及滤波器中遗漏了部分低频噪声分量，实际磁场强度在不断变化，传感器测量准确度 q 难以直接获得。然而，在MGT数据的差分计算过程中，可以等效地减去该区域地磁场的协同变化。故若已知MGTS的测量准确度 Q ，可以用差分原理估计 q ，即 q = Qd /2。 1;2;3;4; 图8 图8 （c）显示了开始采样后一段时间4个传感器的磁场强度分量读数，各轴读数明显地随地磁场波动而变化。由于采样时间一分钟内温度相对稳定，并且传感器的出厂偏移温度系数（nT/°C）小于±0.1 nT ［ 10 10 ］ ，因此 图8 图8 （c）中的磁场读数漂移几乎全部来自地磁在短时间内的随机日静变化，此时直接估计 q 是不可靠的。然而，在静态采样期间测量的MGT应该是恒定的，因为它代表了磁场强度的空间变化率，不受地磁日变化的影响。MGT读数随采样时间的绝对误差如 图8 图8 （d）所示。Mag-03传感器的出厂测量准确度已达到± 0.02 nT，确保了此时MGT读数的可靠性。 表1 表1 列出了MGTS读数的精确度（均方根误差（Root Mean Square Error， RMSE）、平均误差（Mean 在约54 s的静态采样阶段内，测得MGT分量读数的最大绝对误差收敛到±8.285 nT/m，作为MGTS的估计张量测量准确度 Q 。重复采样后得到的MGT值也在此范围内波动，表明局部磁场相对稳定且 Q 值估计有效。由于 q = Qd /2，给定 d =0.5 m，故 q 真值应收敛于±2.121 nT附近，作为现有仪器和降噪条件下估计的传感器测量准确度。 4.2　MGTS的探测极限估计 2 仅与位置矢量有关， I 是具有5个独立MGT分量的列向量。请注意， 式（13） 式（13） 中的 H + 是Moore-Pennrose逆。然而，现有情况不能直接判断估计的 m 是否有效。环境中可能存在其他磁异常，使得由反演公式得到的叠加磁场等效磁矩代替了目标的真实磁矩。此外，前文结论表明，距离过近同样会使张量差分测量值变得不可靠。 为了确保磁矩估计是有效的，利用张量衍生不变关系法定位磁体 ［ 是仅由磁偶极子产生的磁总场强度TMI。因此，在计算 I TM 时应提前测量地磁场进行补偿。 对坐标已知的磁体进行定位，一旦估计坐标与目标真实位置间的测量偏差控制在磁体尺寸范围内，则反演得到的磁偶极矩是有效的。MGTS置于地面高50 cm处，以观测点为原点，将4块磁铁分别放置于位置1（50 cm，50 cm， - 50 cm）、位置2（100 cm，100 cm， - 50 cm），如 图9 图9 所示。 对4块磁铁共进行了4×2次定位实验。采样频率为500 Hz，单次采样时间为10 s左右。定位结果为每单次采样时间内计算的平均值。设置相同的滤波条件，截止频率均为5 Hz。定位结果列于 表2 表2 。显然，位置1处的定位结果均有偏差，而位置2处的定位结果均控制在4个磁体的几何空间范围内。位置1处由于探测距离过近而差分测量失真，而位置2的结果都是有效的。4个磁铁估计的磁矩矢量如 图10 图10 11.5 8.0 7.7 m 4 （-2.8，-0.3，-22.8） 23.0 9.5 9.2 为了验证估计结果，将4块磁铁沿MGTS的 x 轴滑动并连续采样。采样率为500 Hz，滑动窗口为（1 m，0，0）到（10 m，0，0）。规定每0.01 m采集不少于20个点时，实测MGT的准确度可信，故滑动速度应小于0.25 m/s。设置滑动速度为0.2 m/s，速度偏差为±0.05 m/s，即可满足要求。滑动过程中始终保持角度 θ 为0°，即磁矩 m 的方向始终指向观察点。 通过观察是否可以区分不同MGT分量读数来判断MGTS是否已达到对4种磁铁的真实探测极限边界，并估计出实测 r max 。为了消除环境中其他未知磁异常对结果的干扰，利用背景磁场的空侧数据对滑动采样阶段测量的磁场信号进行补偿。一旦磁体滑动时测得的MGT分量读数之差不再超过MGTS的测量准确度 Q （±8.285 nT/m），判定磁体已脱离了系统的有效探测范围。测量结果如 图12 图12 所示，图中标出了每个磁体的实测探测极限 r max ，并记录在 表3 表3 中，其中测量值和估计值最大偏差为0.4 m。 上述结果表明，MGTS实测探测极限与估计值吻合较好，探测极限估计准确度为±0.4 m，从而验证了所提差分磁梯度张量测量极限估计方法的有效性。 5 结　论 1 本文提出了差分MGT测量极限估计方法。根据差分MGT测量范围公式，MGTS的理论探测极限与基线距离、传感器测量准确度、目标磁偶极矩、观测点与磁矩矢量间的夹角有关。基线距离越长，传感器测量准确度越高，MGTS的有效探测距离越远。探测距离在平行于磁矩矢量的方向上达到最大，而在垂直于磁矩矢量的方向上急剧减小。在实际测量中，成功估计并验证了搭建的平面十字形MGTS的理论探测极限，该系统针对4块典型磁铁的探测极限估计准确度为±0.4
