In this study， a fiber optic force sensor with a Fabry-Pérot （F-P）-cavity-cascaded fiber Bragg grating （FBG） that can be integrated into the probe is designed to meet the actual requirements for measuring the force at the end of a puncture surgical probe. First， based on the double-beam interference theory of the F-P cavity and fiber grating sensing theory combined with the cantilever beam structure of the probe， the F-P cavity and FBG of the fiber optic sensor implanted in the probe sensing model are analyzed. Then， the mapping relationship between the characteristic wavelength shift of the F-P cavity and the FBG and the applied force are deduced， with the force and temperature sensitivity matrix being introduced to realize the probe force measurement while effectively avoiding the cross-influence problem of temperature. Next， the optical-fiber F-P-cavity parallel-cascade FBG constitution sensor is prepared by employing chemical corrosion， and the sensor is integrated into the surgical probe. Finally， to calibrate and verify the F-P-cavity-cascaded FBG fiber optic force sensor， the force and temperature sensitivity and the stability of the sensor are experimentally tested. The experimental results show that the force sensitivity of the fiber F-P cavity of the sensor can reach 331.8 pm/N， FBG force sensitivity can reach 159.9 pm/N， linearity is >0.99， and average wavelength shift is 2.5 pm. The probe force sensor designed in this study has high sensitivity and good linearity， thus exhibiting broad application prospects in the field of minimally invasive surgical puncture robots. 光纤传力感器 2 2 1-2 ］ 。穿刺手术通常在核磁共振成像（Magnetic Resonance Imaging， MRI）和计算机断层扫描（Computed Tomography，CT）成像的辅助下进行药物放置、组织活检和放射治疗 ［ 3 3 ］ 。目前的穿刺手术机器人多数只能起到导航和定位的作用，缺乏力反馈技术 ［ 4 4 - 5 5 4-5 ］ ，而穿刺力的准确检测可以提高手术的成功率、灵活性和安全性 ［ 6 6 ］ 。 微创穿刺针的细长结构决定了传感器的体积和质量必须足够小，体内的应用方式使其必须抗电磁干扰，这种需求使得光纤传感器成为测量探针末端力的首选传感器。光纤传感技术自诞生以来，被广泛应用于医疗、工程、国防等诸多领域 ［ 7 7 - 9 9 7-9 ］ ，可以用来检测外力、温度、应变、折射率、湿度等环境因素的变化 ［ 10 10 - 13 13 10-13 ］ ，其中力作为一个重要的物理量成为测量的热点。 目前光纤力传感按传感原理可分为光强式、相位式和光栅式。2017年，Liu等人 ［ 14 14 ］ 提出一种基于悬臂锥形插入光纤微腔的应变力传感器，该传感器由一种特殊制造的法布里-珀罗（Fabry-Perot，F-P）腔构成，虽然灵敏度高，但其制备过程复杂、不易加工。2018年，Lai等人 ［ 15 15 ］ 提出一种用于测量肌腱张力的光纤力传感器，该传感器的灵敏度为24.28 pm/N，但其在解耦力时忽略了温度的影响。2021年，Sun等人 ［ 16 16 ］ 提出一种用于腹腔镜手术中握爪力检测的光纤力传感器，该传感器的测力范围为0~10 N，轴向力灵敏度为47.5 pm/N。2021年，Abdulfatah等人 ［ 17 17 ］ 提出一种基于长、短波长的光纤布拉格光栅（Fiber Bragg Grating，FBG）光纤传感器，研究了传感器对横向力和温度的变化特性，其长、短波长的力灵敏度分别为71.2 pm/N、57.3 pm/N。2022年，孙世政等人 ［ 18 18 ］ 提出一种双层十字梁结构FBG传感器，该传感器可以实现三维力传感并且具有较好的非线性解耦能力，但是其尺寸较大，不适合应用于微创手术中。上述这些力传感器虽然在某些方面具有不错的效果，但由于未能解决力与温度的交叉问题，难以满足微创外科穿刺手术探针力的测量需求。 本文针对以上问题，设计了一种基于F-P腔级联FBG的光纤力传感器，该传感器由F-P腔和FBG在单根光纤上级联形成，直径为0.25 mm，可集成于手术探针上实现探针尖端的力传感。通过研究传感器的力响应和温度响应对传感器进行标定，通过引入灵敏度矩阵的方式解决了力与温度的交叉影响问题。 2 光纤F-P腔级联FBG传感机理 1 本文采用的F-P腔级联FBG结构如 图1 图1 级波谷波长漂移量和FBG的特征波长漂移量，即可实现探针尖端受力的测量，同时也可对探针所处环境的温度进行测量，并且避免了二者之间的交叉影响。 3 实验系统建立 1 本文采用的实验系统包括力控制系统（如 图2 图2 ）和光纤传感系统（如 图3 图3 ）两部分。力控制系统主要包括手术探针、位移平台、六维力传感器、数据采集卡。手术探针为镍钛合金材料，直径为1 mm，长度为400 mm，内孔直径为0.3 mm，用于植入传感器件。位移平台采用微纳光科公司的WN103TM13H型手动位移平台，该平台的行程为13 mm，精度为10 μm，六维力传感器型号为NaNo17 （SI-25-0.25，ATI Industrial Automation，NC，USA），数据采集卡型号为USB-6210（National Instruments Corporation，USA）。光纤传感部分主要包括光谱仪、光源、上位机、光纤。光源为ASE光源，光平坦度小于2 dB。光谱仪为YOKOGAWA AQ6375，最小分辨率0.05 nm，波长范围1 200~2 400 nm，功率为 - 70 dBm~+20 dBm，快速测量时间为0.2 s，跨度为100 nm。 对于传感器的F-P腔结构，本文采用化学腐蚀的方式进行刻蚀，首先将SM-28单模光纤的一端剥去涂覆层后擦拭干净，将端面切平后浸入浓度为40%的氢氟酸之中，在通风厨中腐蚀20分钟。由于纤芯与包层中的硅、锗含量存在差异，使纤芯的腐蚀速度大于包层，从而使得在光纤纤芯上呈现一个凹槽结构，将腐蚀完成的光纤用清水冲洗干净，去除端面残留的氢氟酸。将腐蚀好的光纤凹槽与一根切平的单模光纤在熔接机（80S，Fujikura）中熔接，制备的F-P腔腔长约33.4 μm，结构如 图4 图4 所示。本文采用紫外光刻写掩膜版法制备传感器中的FBG结构，利用波长为248 nm的紫外光激光器与相位掩膜版相结合，在经载氢后的SM-28单模光纤上刻写，FBG的反射波长为1 549.7 nm、反射率为80%、3 dB带宽为0.3 nm，栅区长度为10 mm。 制备完成的F-P微腔与FBG相距3.5 cm熔接成一根光纤，形成光纤力传感器。为了将该传感器集成于探针之中，首先采用3M公司的DP2216环氧胶，将A、B胶按照等比例搅拌均匀，静置使气泡完全消失以提高力的传递效率，然后将F-P腔级联FBG传感器结构置于探针之中，使用制备好的胶将传感器密封于探针之内。 在实验室温度下测得无外力时传感器的反射光谱如 图5 图5 所示。传感器的光谱范围为1 520 nm~1 610 nm，FBG的中心波长为1549.7 nm，F-P腔的反射光谱选为1 584.4 nm，整个光谱的最大对比度为 - 32.3 dB。 4 传感器标定实验测试 1 4.1　轴向力标定 2 为了研究F-P腔与FBG对轴向力的敏感程度，对传感器进行了轴向力标定实验。实验过程中先将ATI置零，然后扭动微分头，每次旋转0.1 mm对应拉力约为0.55 N，分别记录ATI测得的探针尖端受力值与光谱仪上对应的光谱。施加拉力范围为0 N~5.5 N，测力步长为0.55 N。F-P腔的特征光谱和力与波长关系分别如 图6 图6 和 图7 图7 所示；FBG的特征光谱和力与波长关系分别如 图8 图8 和 图9 图9 所示。 1;2; 1;2; 图6 图6 和 图8 图8 表明，光纤F-P腔和FBG对力的响应趋势相同。在受力由0 N增加至5.5 N再减少到0 N的过程中，光纤F-P腔和FBG的特征波长均出现先红移再蓝移的现象。其中F-P腔的特征波长漂移1.9 nm，力灵敏度为331.8 pm/N，线性度大于0.98；FBG特征波长漂移0.84 nm，力灵敏度为159.9 pm/N，线性度大于0.99。 4.2　温度标定 2 为了研究F-P腔与FBG对温度的敏感程度，对传感器进行了温度标定实验。将嵌有光纤传感器的探针固定在手动位移平台上，然后放入高精度温度控制箱中，在20 ℃~50 ℃范围内，温度每变化5 ℃采集一次传感器的光谱。F-P腔的特征光谱和温度与波长关系分别如 图10 图10 和 图11 图11 所示；FBG的特征光谱和温度与波长关系分别如 图12 图12 和 图13 图13 所示。 1;2; 1;2; 图10 图10 和 图12 图12 表明，该光纤传感器中的F-P腔与FBG对温度的响应具有相同的趋势。在温度由20 ℃升高至50 ℃再降至20 ℃的过程中，光纤F-P腔和FBG的特征波长均出现先红移再蓝移的现象。其中，光纤F-P腔的波长漂移量为1.06 nm，温度灵敏度为33.7 pm/℃，线性度大于0.99；FBG的特征波长漂移为0.49 nm，温度灵敏度为16.6 pm/℃，线性度大于0.99。 根据测得的温度与力的灵敏度系数，代入 式（13） 式（13） 可得到该光纤传感器对力与温度的响应矩阵方程为： <math display="block" id="M35"><mfenced open="[" close="]" 为了测试传感器的稳定性，将集成传感器的探针固定于位移平台上，位移平台置于光学平台之上，实验在实验室室温下进行。每10分钟监测一次传感器的反射光谱，共监测10组，通过分别对比FBG和F-P腔的反射波长变化来说明传感器的稳定性，采集的光谱稳定性如 图14 图14 所示。 由 图14 图14 可以看出FBG的最大波长漂移为0.01 nm，F-P腔的最大波长漂移为0.04 nm，平均波长漂移量为25 pm，结果表明该力传感器的稳定性较好。 5 结 论 1 针对穿刺手术探针末端力测量的实际需求，提出并设计了基于F-P腔级联FBG的光纤力传感器，同时对其性能进行了实验测试，结果表明： （1） 该光纤力传感器在0 N—5.5 N—0 N加载卸载过程中，光纤F-P腔和FBG的特征光谱均出现先红移再蓝移的现象。F-P腔力灵敏度为331.8 pm/N，FBG力灵敏度为159.9 pm/N。 （2） 该光纤力传感器在20 ℃—50 ℃—20 ℃升温降温过程中，光纤F-P腔和FBG的特征光谱均出现先红移再蓝移的现象。F-P腔温度灵敏度为33.7 pm/N，FBG温度灵敏度为16.6 pm/N。 （3） 该光纤传感器在90分钟内具有良好的稳定性。其中FBG最大波长漂移为0.01 nm，光纤F-P腔最大波长漂移为0.04 nm，平均波长漂移量为25 pm。 本文提出的F-P腔级联FBG光纤力传感器不仅可以集成于探针之中实现其末端力测量，还可避免温度对探针受力的交叉影响，实现高灵敏度和高线性度，在微创外科穿刺手术机器人穿刺针力反馈测量领域有广阔的前景。在后续工作中将进一步研究在多场并存时的力传感方法和传感器性能。 参考文献 SU H ， MARIANI A ， OVUR S E ， et al .
