Several factors affect vehicle performance in off-road environments， such as obstacles， road potholes， and mud. Most path optimization algorithms for traditional urban roads are designed for existing roads and do not meet the requirements of path optimization in complex off-road environments with many unknown risks. The path optimization algorithm is less， which considers the complicated soil geological conditions of the off-road environment. Thus， based on the Bekker ground mechanics theory and improved genetic algorithm， this study proposes an improved genetic algorithm， which considers the influences of soil on the vehicle. The shortest path travel time was taken as the optimization goal， and a path optimization algorithm suitable for off-road environments was implemented. In this study， the modeling and path optimization of a field environment with obstacles and various soils were conducted. The results demonstrated that the optimization algorithm established the coupling effect between the mechanical characteristics of ground and vehicle. The obstacles， soil characteristics， and vehicle characteristics in the field environment were evaluated comprehensively， and a safe， efficient， and smooth field path for vehicles was obtained in the complex off-road environment. This algorithm provides a reference for establishing the connection between topographic mechanics and the path optimization algorithm. 野外环境 路径优化 Bekker理论 遗传算法 off-road environment path optimization Bekker theory genetic algorithm 1 引 言 1 由于野外环境中充满未知因素，野外行驶的装备往往会受到地面土壤特性、地面起伏和障碍物等的影响，复杂的环境给装备的行驶和安全带来威胁 ［ 1 1 ］ 。野外环境下路径优化需要根据预先得到的野外环境信息，考虑环境对于装备的约束等，最终得到一条从起点到终点的安全、高速的优化路径 ［ 2 2 ］ 。 目前对于既有道路的路径优化算法已较为成熟，但野外环境下存在着多种未知因素，相对于城市道路，在野外环境行驶的装备往往受到土壤力学特性的影响 ［ 3 3 ］ 。在较为泥泞的道路上，车辆容易发生侵陷和侧滑等危险，因此路径规划是装备在野外环境下进行军事活动的重要前提。 近些年来路径优化算法高速发展，目前较为成熟的路径优化算法主要有图搜索法、随机采样法、人工势场法和智能优化算法 ［ 4 4 ］ 。基于图搜索法的优化算法需要事先建立好环境栅格图，目前经典的图搜索法主要有Dijkstra算法 ［ 5 5 ］ 、A*算法 ［ 6 6 ］ 、D*算法 ［ 7 7 ］ 及其推广。随机采样法在优化空间模型的基础上进行随机选样，能够适用于较为复杂的环境，目前主要包括概率地图法（Probabilistic Roadmap Method， PRM） ［ 8 8 ］ 、快速搜索随机树法（Rapidly-exploring Random Trees， RRT） ［ 9 9 ］ 以及其推广算法。人工势场法（Artifical Potential Field， APF） ［ 10 10 ］ 基于电荷在电场中的运动原理，将车辆视为势能场中的质点，车辆和障碍物带相同电荷相斥，与终点带异种电荷而相吸。智能优化算法是基于一些自然规律而衍生的随机搜索算法，如蚁群算法 ［ 11 11 ］ 、遗传算法 ［ 12 12 ］ 和神经网络算法 ［ 13 13 ］ 等。 目前的路径算法较少考虑土壤与车辆的相互作用，最具有代表性的为北约参考机动模型 ［ 14 14 ］ （NATO Reference Mobility Model， NRMM）以及下一代北约机动参考模型 ［ 15 15 ］ （Next Generation NATO Reference Mobility Model， NG-NRMM），利用地面力学对装备与地形软土之间的交互进行评估，从而得到软土对装备机动性的影响。本文基于Bekker地形力学理论 ［ 16 16 ］ ，对遗传算法进行优化，提出了一种以时间成本为代价的高效路径优化算法，以满足车辆在野外复杂环境下的高速、安全和稳定行驶的要求。该算法综合考虑了障碍物、野外土壤和环境威胁等约束条件，同时考虑了车辆的行驶性能和运动特性等，具有计算结果准确和计算速度快的特点，能够为野外环境下的车辆提供安全可靠的行驶路径。 2 轮胎地面力学模型及运动学分析 1 在野外行驶的轮式车辆，往往因需要克服土壤的塑性变形而受到土壤带来的阻力。除此之外，行驶过程中还需克服外界环境和车辆内部带来的阻力，外部阻力主要包括转向阻力、坡度阻力和风阻力等；内部阻力主要包括车辆内部轴承等零件转动产生的摩擦阻力。 2.1　轮式车辆行驶滚动阻力 2 轮式车辆在野外行驶过程中产生的土壤阻力主要是由于土壤在竖向产生了变形， 图1 图1 为车辆轮胎在行驶过程中与土壤相接触时的计算简图，其中 z 代表车辆在土壤当中的沉陷量， D 为轮胎的直径， F T 为车辆牵引力， a 为车轮与土壤接触长度的水平投影。 由于轮胎和土壤之间相互挤压，土壤将会对轮胎产生压力，在轮胎外缘一微小面积上受到的作用力大小d F Q 为： <math display="block" id="M1"><mi Holland提出的一种模拟自然界遗传和进化的全局优化算法，该算法运算较为简单且收敛速度快，不受搜索空间的限制，可以解决多种复杂、非线性的问题。该算法模拟基因的遗传，首先需要把问题转化为基因的编码问题，之后随机生成一定规模的初始种群，再结合适应度函数对种群中的基因序列进行选择、交叉、变异等操作，从而对种群中的基因序列进行优化，之后不断迭代使得种群中的个体不断进化，最终得到适应度最高的基因编码，其流程图如 图2 图2 。 3.2　基因编码与种群初始化 2 本文采用整数编码的形式构造初始染色体，组成染色体的基因为网格的各节点，因此生成的染色体编码代表所经过的节点编号。假设生成尺寸为 n × n 的栅格地图，节点编号则为1~ n 2 ，根据随机方法生成一系列初始种群编码，假定起点编号为1，终点编号为 n 2 ，则种群编码为［1，…， N i ， N j ，…， n 2 ］。 由于随机生成的种群具有一定的离散性，会存在许多实际无法通过的路径，从而浪费许多计算资源，耗费大量时间。因此本文在种群初始化时为其施加约束，在对下一个节点进行编码时，此节点与上一个节点之间的路径必须为可通行的。在生成节点 i 的下一个随机节点 i +1时，判断此时节点 i 与 i +1的连接情况，如果此时两者路径无法通行，则继续进行循环，直到生成可以通行的节点为止，且保证经过节点不能重复。对于此约束共分为三种情况： （1）当节点处于交点时，假设此时节点编号为 i ，则与其相连节点有两个，为 i- 1/ i +1和 i + n / i-n ； （2）当节点处于网格最外部的边上时，假设此时节点编号为 i ，则与其相连节点有三个，为 i- 1、 i +1和 i-n / i + n 图3 图3 所示。 变异操作可以避免算法在寻优过程中过早收敛而得到局部最优解的弊端，可以为种群提供多样性。在进行变异操作时，由于此时每个个体的编码都为不重复的节点，无法采用传统的生成一个随机数进行替换，因此采用生成两个随机数，再随机交换个体编码中两个节点顺序的方式。 4 试验与结果分析 1 4.1　区域土壤特性 2 土壤为一种土体颗粒、气体和孔隙水三相组成的介质，但通常由于研究区域较大，对其微观结构进行忽略，将土壤在宏观上视为连续介质，并对其进行均匀化处理 ［ 21 21 ］ 。但实际上一片区域不同地点的土壤特性往往不相同，为更真实地模拟现场情况，此次计算时采用正态分布的形式对土壤性质进行考虑。 土壤的力学特性往往会对车轮侵入深度造成影响，因此当车辆在不同的土壤上行驶时，车辆会产生不同的加速度，本文选取黏土进行计算，如 表1 表1 所示，此试验中选用平坦路面，因此忽略爬坡阻力的影响，根据土壤性质从而计算出车辆的加速度。 土壤类型 弹性模量 E /MPa 泊松比 υ 粘聚力 c /Pa 内摩擦角 <math id="M34"><mi>φ</mi></math> 8.0 0.42 2 070 20 4.2　含障碍物的野外环境路径优化 2 采用上述的基于Bekker理论的优化遗传算法对含障碍物的环境进行路径优化，此次环境空间划分网格数量为20×20，共设置两障碍物，对于处于障碍物上的节点，采用时间取值为无穷大的方式进行权重赋值，改进遗传算法的初始种群规模为1 000，最大迭代次数为1 000，最终路径优化结果如 图4 图4 所示，最终计算所得通行时间为7.647 3s。 由 图4 图4 可知，该算法可以较好地避开障碍物，同时可以计算出车辆在变加速运动时行驶所需时间，该算法的优势在于：（1）减少了计算规模，仅需要较小的初始种群规模；（2）通过对行驶时间的计算，能够有效地避开障碍物的边缘，从而达到安全行驶的目的；（3）考虑了土壤力学特性，能够根据土壤特性进行较为精确的路径优化。 4.3　含障碍物多属性土壤的野外环境路径优化 2 依据上述算法对含不同属性土壤进行路径优化，此次环境空间划分网格数量为50×50，在路径中设置障碍物，采用较大距离的方式实现障碍物的布置，取1×10 6 m。环境大部分仍为黏土，在部分区域存在力学性能较差的砂土，材料属性如 表2 表2 所示，由于设置为圆形区域，存在覆盖一部分路径的现象，对于覆盖路径大于网格长度一半的情况，即 <math m，传动系统的机械效率取90%，变速器的传动比值取3.416，主减速器的传动比值取4.388，迎风系数取0.3，迎风面积为2.5 m 2 。 最终路径优化图如 图5 图5 所示，此最优路径行驶所需时间为15.898 s。由于软土部分力学性质较差，该区域的加速度相对正常土的加速度更小，最终求得的路径避开了软土区域。由结果可知，该算法模拟了野外环境下存在部分砂土的情况，同时考虑了土壤分布的非均匀性，较为真实地计算了野外环境下轮式车辆行驶的最优路径。 5 结论与展望 1 复杂野外环境下的路径优化是高效开展军事活动的重要前提，野外环境下的路径优化区别于城市道路环境，其道路环境恶劣，存在多种影响车辆通行的障碍物、坑洼和坡度等，同时土壤特性会对车辆行驶速度产生影响。因此，本文基于Bekker地形力学理论，考虑了土壤地面力学特性，提出了一种改进的遗传算法路径优化算法，满足野外环境下车辆安全、高效行驶的要求，本文得到主要结论如下： （1）本文基于Bekker理论，建立了轮式车辆在野外环境行驶的运动学理论。通过对轮胎进行受力分析，得到了轮式车辆在野外环境下所受行驶阻力，建立了土壤特性与车轮受力的联系，基于运动学分析，建立了土壤特性影响下的轮式车辆运动学方程，为野外环境路径优化提供理论基础。 （2）本文提出了一种高效的改进遗传算法。考虑了节点之间的联通性，建立了带有约束的初始种群、以车辆行驶时间作为优化函数、结合土壤特性影响的轮式车辆运动学方程，得到了一种考虑了野外环境特征，保障车辆安全行驶的最优路径。 （3）本文实现了障碍物和不同土壤特性影响下的野外车辆路径优化。试验结果表明，该算法考虑了野外环境下多种影响因素和车辆自身性能的影响，实现了受野外环境威胁的轮式车辆路径优化，为野外环境下存在泥泞、坑洼和土坡等因素的路径优化方法提供参考。 （4）军事装备存在多种履带式车辆，本文建立的野外环境下轮式车辆路径优化算法可以为履带式车辆路径优化提供参考。针对土壤力学特性对车辆的影响，后续研究可以采用数值模拟等方法得到更为精确的结果。本文实现了存在多种土壤的路径优化，后续可以开展考虑降雨条件下的野外路径优化算法研究。 参考文献 AGGARWAL S ， KUMAR N .
