Initial freeform PALs frequently required local or global optimization to improve their optical properties and surface smoothness. A global fitting method based on the non-uniform rational B-spline curve and least squares curve is proposed to optimize reconstruction of the rear surface of a lens. The algorithm principle of least squares curve fitting is introduced， and the rear surfaces of two sets of lenses with different powers are reconstructed under the same parameters； moreover， their optical properties are simulated， quantified， and evaluated. Experimental results demonstrate that the maximum astigmatism of both lens groups reduces by 0.61 D and 0.45 D， respectively. The astigmatism in the distance area decreases by 0.15 D and 0.16 D， respectively， and the middle channel width （Y = 0 mm） increases by over 1.8 mm. The proposed reconstructed surface improves the rear surface smoothness， gradient channel width， and effectively reduces PAL maximum astigmatism. 非均匀有理B样条 像散 自由曲面 渐进多焦点 重构 non-uniform rational B-spline astigmatism freeform surface progressive addition reconstruction 1 引 言 1 渐进多焦点镜片（Progressive Addition Lens， PAL） 克服了单光镜片和双光镜片的缺点，将视远区和视近区有机地连在一起 ［ 1 1 ］ ，是一种光焦度可以连续渐变的眼用镜片，在同一副眼镜上同时拥有看远和看近的不同光度，常被用来矫正中老年患者的老花眼 ［ 1 1 - 3 3 1-3 ］ 。 渐进多焦点镜片的设计方法主要分为两种：直接设计法 ［ 4 4 ］ 和间接设计法 ［ 5 5 ］ ，初次设计的渐进镜片往往在某些方面存在很多缺陷。项华中等人采用二维卷积和样条插值方法对权重分布进行优化，改善了远近用区的可视面积 ［ 6 6 ］ 。唐运海等人提出利用平均曲率流方法对初次设计镜片进行局部优化以改善其光学性能，这种方法虽然减小了指定区域像散但可能致使周边散光变大 ［ 7 7 ］ 。唐等人又提出了针对佩戴者体验感的个性化设计方法 ［ 8 8 ］ 。张慧星等人将环曲面方程 ［ 9 9 ］ 和非球面方程 ［ 2 2 ］ 与渐进多焦点镜片设计结合起来，有效降低了像散。Loos.J通过构造最小化的平均曲率和主曲率差的模型有效降低了像散 ［ 10 10 ］ 。Hsu利用B样条的局部编辑能力进行自由曲面设计 ［ 11 11 ］ 。 非均匀有理B样条（Non-Uniform Rational B-spline，NURBS）在数学和算法上具有良好的性质，为自由型曲线曲面的表示提供了统一的方法 ［ 12 12 ］ 。很多自由型曲面的优化重构都使用到了NURBS。周广利等利用NURBS设计算法实现了自由型曲面船体的重构，且重构精度较好 ［ 13 13 ］ 。陈华伟等人利用切片法对复杂散乱的点云数据进行NURBS拟合，精准地表达出原始自由曲面的形状特征 ［ 14 14 ］ 。孔德明等人将分数阶傅里叶变换法用于NURBS曲面拟合，降低了拟合误差取得了较好的自由曲面拟合效果 ［ 15 15 ］ 。张国军等人利用NURBS端点的非插值特性，获得了光顺性较好的自由曲面，实现了高精度的NURBS曲面重构 ［ 16 16 ］ 。赵吉宾等人利用三次NURBS曲线拟合出了光顺性较好且精度高的STL模型截面轮廓 ［ 17 17 ］ 。冯肖维等人提出了一种点云稀疏重构算法，对点云数据进行滤波降噪，得到质量较高的点云 ［ 18 18 ］ 。 目前关于渐进多焦点镜片的优化方法多集中于设计方法上，而NURBS曲线曲面的应用也比较广泛。很多研究者采用插值法对自由曲面镜片的后表面进行优化，该方法虽然不会使优化前后的曲面产生较大形变，但镜片光学性能也得不到明显改善，而光学性能的提升是渐进多焦点镜片优化的主要目标。本文在已有的研究基础上 ［ 6 6 ， 15 15 - 17 17 15-17 ， 19 19 ］ ，针对插值法无法有效改善渐进片光学性能的问题展开研究。利用NURBS曲线的良好性质和最小二乘曲线拟合方法对渐进镜片后表面进行重构优化，对两组不同光焦度的镜片进行重构，探究该重构算法对渐进镜片的光学性能和表面光顺性的影响。 2 NURBS曲面重构 1 NURBS为自由型曲线曲面的精确表示与设计提供了一个统一的数学形式，本文曲面重构基于B样条曲线与全局最小二乘曲线逼近的拟合。一般来说，逼近曲面不会精确通过已知数据点，而全局最小二乘算法可以通过最小化误差的平方来找到已知数据点的最佳匹配点，进而拟合后的曲面形变误差最小，所求曲面控制点的个数也较精确。光学表面的重建优化往往要在提升光学性能的同时保持最小的形变误差，全局最小二乘算法可以同时满足这样的要求，这是多项式拟合等算法很难做到的。 本文将基于逼近型NURBS曲面重构相关算法集成到渐进多焦点镜片自由型曲面优化重构中，获得了光顺性较好的自由曲面。曲面重构过程：输入初始曲面点云数据→采用积累弦长法将点云数据参数化处理→计算节点矢量→在全局最小二乘逼近下计算出满足误差界限的最佳匹配点云→计算最优控制点矩阵→重构最佳逼近曲面。然后对新曲面的光学性能进行仿真及测量分析，检验本文方法的有效性。原始曲面表面本身比较光顺，但是计算到曲率分布时存在局部不光顺，需要通过仿真和测量去观察局部光顺性和光学性能的变化。在Rhino中模拟显示重构过程如 图2 图2 所示。 3.1　仿真分析 2 为了说明逼近型NURBS曲面重建算法对镜片后表面光滑性以及光学性能的影响，本文选取了如 表1 表1 所示的渐进镜片基础参数曲面进行重建拟合。 光焦度/D 加光度/D 远用区散光/D 折射率 前表面曲率半径/mm 中心厚度/mm 0 2.0 0 1.56 139.393 9 2.3 -2 2.0 0 1.56 139.393 9 2.3 在给定误差界限 E 下，对光焦度为0 D和 - 2 D（依次用镜片1和镜片2表示）的两组镜片后表面分别进行重构，对应得到优化重构后的镜片3和镜片4。对2组镜片分别进行光焦度和像散仿真并分析对比，结果如 图3 图3 和 图4 图4 。 由 图3 图3 的光焦度仿真对比结果得，镜片1的加光通道较窄，而重建后的镜片3通道明显变宽，通道长度略有加长，优化前后ADD保持不变，均为2 D，近用区中心定焦区位置基本不变，整体光顺性明显提高。由像散仿真对比结果得，镜片1的远用区像散为 - 0.45 D，而优化后的镜片3远用区像散为 - 0.3 D，减小了0.15 D。镜片1的最大像散为 - 2.7 D，约为1.35倍ADD，而优化后的镜片3的最大像散为 - 2.05 D，约为1倍ADD，减小了0.65 D。另外远用区有效视觉面积基本保持不变，近用区有效视觉面积略有减小。在中间通道处镜片3的光顺性较镜片1得到了比较明显改善，光顺性的改善的同时中间通道宽度也得到了改善。 由 图4 图4 的光焦度仿真对比结果得，镜片2的加光通道较窄，而重建后的镜片4通道明显变宽，通道长度略有加长，优化前后ADD均为2D，近用区中心定焦区位置基本保持不变，整体光顺性明显提高。由像散仿真对比结果得，镜片2的远用区像散为 - 0.45 D，而优化后的镜片4的远用区像散为 - 0.29 D，减小了0.16 D。镜片2的最大像散为 - 2.45 D，约为1.225倍ADD，而优化后的镜片4的最大像散为 - 2.04 D，约为1倍ADD，减小了0.41 D。另外远用区有效视觉面积基本保持不变，而近用区有效视觉面积略有减小，在中间通道处镜片4的光顺性较镜片2得到了比较明显的改善，光顺性的改善的同时中间通道宽度也得到了改善。 3.2　测量分析 2 使用德国Satisloh自由曲面粗磨车床VFT-orbit-2（明月镜片股份有限公司）对重建前后的2组镜片进行加工，加工流程：毛坯、粗磨（单点金刚石自由曲面研磨切削）、抛光（视乃德）、清洗（去除表面污染物及杂质）、加硬、加膜（真空加膜）。实物如 图5 图5 所示。用VM2000自由曲面检测仪器对加工出的2组镜片进行测量，光焦度分布与像散分布的测量结果如 图6 图6 和 图7 图7 所示。 使用VM2500测量这两组镜片的实际远用区球镜度（SPH）、像散（CYL）以及ADD。测量镜片的实际远用区、近用区及中间通道宽度，测量位置分别于 Y 轴8 mm，0 mm以及 - 12 mm处，以0.5 D等散光线为基准，用粗黑线在 图6 图6 和 图7 图7 像散分布图中标记。测量结果如 表2 表2 所示。 Lens 远用区宽度 中间通道宽度 近用区宽度 1 31.44 6.06 8.44 2 31.95 6.75 8.34 3 29.76 7.95 8.25 4 31.68 8.56 7.56 mm 综合 图6 图6 、 图7 图7 及 表2 表2 测量结果可知，优化后的镜片3远用区宽度比优化前的镜片1减小了1.68 mm（减小约5.34%），近用区宽度较镜片1减小了0.19 mm（减小约2.25%），而中间通道宽度（ Y =0 mm处）较镜片1增大了1.89 mm（增大约31%）。优化后的镜片4远用区宽度比优化前的镜片2减小了0.27 mm（减小约0.845%），近用区宽度较镜片2减小了0.78 mm（减小约9.35%），而中间通道宽度（ Y =0 mm处）较镜片2增大了1.81 mm（增大约26.81%）。优化前后的镜片远用区宽度和近用区宽度几乎保持不变，远近用区有效视觉面积基本不变。 由仿真结果可知，优化后的镜片3和镜片4相对于镜片1和镜片2而言，中间渐变通道处更加光滑，通道宽度也明显变宽，而其他区域宽度变化不明显。由实际加工测量结果可知，优化后的镜片3和镜片4相较镜片1和镜片2中间通道宽度分别增加31%和26.81%，优化效果较为明显，而其他区域几乎保持不变。实际测量结果跟仿真结果是一致的。 3.3　加工精度分析 2 使用OMM-60轮廓测量仪（明月镜片股份有限公司）对加工后的两组镜片进行测量，得到其面型数据。将测量矢高数据与设计矢高数据进行比较，比较结果如 图8 图8 所示。 1;2; 由 图8 图8 矢高分布图可知，在直径为50 mm范围内，表面矢高测量数据和设计数据存在一定的误差，镜片1在中心区域（ - 15~15 mm）的最大误差为0.07 mm，最小误差为 - 0.01 mm。镜片2在中心区域的最大误差为0.06 mm，最小误差为0.02 mm。镜片3在中心区域的最大误差为0.04 mm，而最小误差为0 mm。镜片4在中心区域的最大误差为 - 0.07 mm，最小误差为0.01 mm。在靠近镜片边缘处误差最大，而越靠近中心处的误差越小（0.03 mm左右）。由于所测面型为凹面，测量过程中存在一定误差，导致边缘误差偏大，因此实际边缘误差远小于测量误差，加工（机械）精度能够满足±0.035 mm误差要求。 4 结 论 1 本文主要探究基于NURBS的自由曲面重建方法对渐进多焦点自由曲面镜片后表面优化设计的影响。对两组远用区光焦度不同的自由曲面镜片进行重建，计算出重建前后两组渐进多焦点自由曲面面型，并进行仿真分析、加工测量及加工精度分析。仿真和测量结果表示，该重建方法能够有效降低周边最大像散，能够有效改善镜片表面光顺性，中间通道宽度增加至少1.8 mm（增幅超过25%），而且远用区和近用区宽度基本保持不变，给佩戴者提供更好的视觉感受。加工精度分析结果表示，在靠近镜片边缘处误差最大，而越靠近中心处的误差越小（0.03
