In this study， the effect of the sub-coordinate system offset and roll on the coordinate measurement accuracy of the instrument is investigated， and a correction model is developed for the geometric error of the lidar. This model can increase the measurement accuracy of the measurement system without changing the hardware structure of the system. First， a set of lidar coordinate systems is established， and the sources of spatial coordinate measurement errors are analyzed. The geometric error transfer of the measurement coordinates is achieved by applying the transformation matrix between the coordinate systems. Then， the geometric errors of the different coordinate systems are combined， and an explicit expression for the geometric spatial coordinate error of the lidar is established. Based on this， a least-squares optimization objective is established for obtaining the error factors and the corrected coordinates. The obtained error factors can be used as corrections for subsequent coordinate measurements. Finally， this method is used to design a calibration field with a laser tracker as the high-precision measurement instrument and the spherical center of the target sphere as the standard point. A system error correction experiment is performed by employing the laser tracker and lidar to evaluate the target sphere at the same position. The experimental results indicate that the average error of the lidar spatial distance measurement is reduced from 0.044 8% to 0.003 8% and the maximum error value is reduced from 4.17 to 0.30 mm after the correction， thereby confirming the effectiveness of the lidar geometric error calibration and error correction method. 激光雷达 几何结构误差 最小二乘法 误差修正 lidar geometric error least square method error correction 1 引 言 1 随着智能制造的不断发展，工业计量检定的精度要求越来越高，调频连续波（Frequency-modulated Continuous-wave，FMCW）激光雷达由于具有微米级测量精度，得到了国内外设备厂商和科研院所的广泛重视。激光雷达结合调频连续波测距技术、激光反射技术、精密机械技术和高精度光学成像技术等，可以高精度快速测量几十米范围内表面形态任意的物体，具有接近激光跟踪仪的测量精度，测量幅面宽广，能够很好地检测物体表面的孔洞和边缘形貌。因此，激光雷达在航空航天、光学加工、发动机制造和视觉导航等工业计量与智能制造领域有着广泛的应用 ［ 1 1 - 3 3 1-3 ］ 。 FMCW激光雷达的测量误差分析和系统修正一直是研究重点。由于FMCW技术涉及线性连续调频激光器的使用和高精度光电二极管的信号采集，目前对激光雷达的误差分析和修正主要集中在光源和信号处理层面 ［ 4 4 - 6 6 4-6 ］ ，缺乏对仪器整体的误差分析和修正方法，尤其缺少对测量点坐标几何误差修正的相关研究。激光跟踪仪的内部结构与激光雷达类似，其几何误差修正技术较为成熟，有一定借鉴意义。Muralikrishnan等 ［ 7 7 ］ 用简洁的几何模型描述激光跟踪仪的几何结构误差，完成了对整体误差的间接评定，但该方法缺乏对误差的定量分析。张滋黎等 ［ 8 8 ］ 基于矢量分析和坐标转换建立了激光跟踪仪转镜倾斜误差模型，并实验验证了模型的转镜倾斜误差标定和误差修正方法，将系统空间坐标测量误差减小约2×10 - 6 。徐良等 ［ 9 9 ］ 针对一套自研的三维激光球杆仪，基于多体系统误差建模理论对仪器进行了建模，通过多齿分度台和光电自准直仪标定二维转台的两测角误差、正倒镜法测量两旋转轴的不相交度、精密三轴机床测量轴系的不垂直度误差。此外，很多学者也对机械激光雷达的几何误差修正技术进行了研究。张晓龙等 ［ 10 10 ］ 利用内参建模方法，引入机械式飞行时间（Time of Flight， TOF）激光雷达的结构参数，减少模型参数，提出了角度修正和距离修正两种方法对测量点云进行结果修正。赵海鹏等分析了TOF激光雷达在移动机器人中的测量误差与几何旋转误差 ［ 11 11 ］ ，针对回波强度和测量距离误差提出了激光雷达测距误差修正模型，针对扫描轴的几何旋转误差提出了三角标定测角误差修正方法。Muralikrishnan等使用靶球和标定板标定地面激光雷达的测量误差 ［ 12 12 ］ ，为误差标定实验设计提供了参考。 为了提高FMCW激光雷达的测量精度，修正其内部参数，提高空间坐标测量精度，本文分析了自主研发的高精度激光雷达的几何结构误差，建立了激光雷达系统误差多参数模型，提出了基于坐标测量误差的系统修正方法，并在误差修正实验中验证了方法的有效性。 2 激光雷达系统 1 激光雷达主要通过测量目标点的距离、测距光束的方位角和俯仰角来确定目标点的空间坐标位置。由北京航天计量测试技术研究所自主研制的FMCW激光雷达的光学系统如 图1 图1 所示。红外光激光器出射的1 550 nm测量光通过光耦合器后，经光学器件调制和扫描反射镜反射后指向目标点。目标点表面的反射光与参考光叠加干涉后得到拍频信号，解算拍频信号频率得到目标点距离。再结合俯仰角度光栅读数和方位角度光栅读数即可确定目标点的空间坐标。 为定量分析系统误差和测量精度之间的空间变换关系，根据机器人学 ［ 13 13 ］ 及光学相关原理建立激光雷达测量系统的坐标系模型，如 图2 图2 所示。 理想情况下，俯仰轴线在反射面内，仪器的方位轴线和俯仰轴线正交，交点处为测量坐标系原点，该交点也是反射面的中心；测量激光沿方位轴线向上传播，经反射面反射后指向空间被测点；方位轴和俯仰轴的轴端分别装有光栅角度测量模块，测量两个轴的旋转角度，从而确定出射光线的方位角和俯仰角。因此，以方位轴线和俯仰轴线的交点为坐标原点，以方位轴线为 z 0 轴，以俯仰轴为 y 0 轴，建立测量基准坐标系0；以方位轴线为 z 轴， y 轴平行于 y 0 轴，分别建立方位轴坐标系1和激光光源坐标系4； z 2 轴平行于 y 0 轴，建立俯仰坐标系2； x 3 轴平行于 y 0 轴，垂直于反射面为 z 3 轴，建立反射镜面坐标系3。 L 1 为坐标系4原点与坐标系1原点沿 z 轴的距离， L 2 和 L 4 分别为坐标系2原点和坐标系3原点与基准坐标系原点在 y 0 方向上的安装偏差， L 3 同时参与优化。本文采用Ceres求解器迭代计算 式（15） 式（15） 的最小二乘解，Ceres求解器具有配置便捷、框架成熟和易于复用的特点 ［ 15 15 ］ 。将激光雷达的方位角读数 θ 1 、俯仰角读数 θ 2 、距离测量值 d m 带入 式（8） 式（8） ，即可完成空间坐标测量值的修正。 5 实 验 1 5.1　实验环境 2 为验证激光雷达误差的修正效果，按坐标误差修正法的标定数据需求设置实验环境，采集标定数据。具体地，本文选用标准钢球作为标定靶标，激光雷达通过球面数据拟合确定球心位置。共设置26个标定点位，激光雷达扫描测量球表面点云，其位置较为均匀离散地分布于激光雷达的测量距离（1~50 m）、方位角（±180°）、俯仰角（±45°）的量程范围内。 选用Leica AT960激光跟踪仪测量直径为38.099 mm的跟踪仪靶球，将其球心位置（ x ， y ， z ）作为基准值，和拟合点云计算球心的结果（ θ 1 ， θ 2 ， d m ）一起带入误差模型 式（8） 式（8） 和 式（10） 式（10） 中，求解得到坐标修正的解析表达式 f δχ （ θ 1 ， θ 2 ， d m ）。这里计算得到的 0 T w 包含激光雷达和跟踪仪因摆放位置不同而产生的空间平移量 T ' ，但并不影响测量精度，也不影响点云相对关系。所用的磁性球座有自定心功能，放置在相同球座上的球心位置的球径差值贡献的偏差极小。 对现有的标准钢球直径进行标定、筛选，选用的钢球直径为38.098 mm，与跟踪仪靶球直径相差仅1 μm，远小于激光跟踪仪与激光雷达的空间坐标测量误差。本文设计的激光雷达系统结构误差修正的实验现场布局如 图4 图4 所示。 在墙面四周粘接球座，放置标准钢球和跟踪仪靶球，拟合激光雷达测量的钢球表面点云，采用最小二乘拟合确定球心和直径的结果如 图5 图5 所示。激光跟踪仪则采用相同直径的跟踪仪靶球确定球心。 5.2　实验结果 2 5 . 2 . 1　误差因子标定实验结果 3 ±（ δ 1 ＋ δ 2 ），即最短为 EF 、最长为 DG 。根据激光跟踪仪到球心的距离，相邻球心间距的平均误差为0.075 mm、最大误差为0.091 mm，远小于激光雷达校正前的1.17 mm的平均误差，因此，以激光跟踪仪测量的相邻球心间距作为激光雷达误差修正的标准值。 激光雷达修正前后测量标定球组相邻球心间距的误差对比如 图7 图7 所示。修正前测距误差的极大值为4.17 mm，平均误差为0.044 8%，修正后测距误差的极大值为0.30 mm，平均误差为0.003 8%，测距误差大幅降低，有效地补偿了系统几何误差对测距精度的影响。 此外，实验还对比分析了误差修正前后激光雷达测量靶球直径的误差，结果如 图8 图8 所示。由于靶球直径只有38.098 mm，测量直径由球表面的几十个间距很小的测量点拟合得到，因此，随机误差和拟合误差的比重较大，修正后靶球直径的测量误差在统计意义上下降。修正前平均误差为0.241 9%，修正后平均误差为0.167 6%，测量精度有一定的提高。此外，通过增加测量点密度、降低扫描速率的方法可以提高远距离小目标的测量精度。 6 结 论 1 本文针对自主研制的FMCW激光雷达扫描仪的几何结构误差，构建了激光雷达坐标系组，建立了误差模型，以确定影响其三维坐标测量精度的误差来源，然后对误差进行修正，从而提高三维扫描激光雷达的测量精度。该误差修正方法在建立误差模型时，综合考虑26项误差因子，得到包含误差量、方位角度、俯仰角度、距离的三维直角坐标的计算表达式。然后，设计误差因子标定实验，利用解算的坐标变换公式对测量结果进行了精确修正。该误差修正方法以激光跟踪仪测量结果为标准值，能够较好地修正激光雷达的空间坐标测量结果。标定实验中，误差修正前后的测距平均误差由0.044 8%下降到0.003 8%，最大测距误差分别为4.17 mm和0.30 mm，误差修正效果较好。此外，对于数值很小的靶球直径测量，本文的误差修正方法也有一定的补偿效果。 参考文献 GAO W ， KIM S W ， BOSSE H ， et al .
