This paper presents a fuzzy proportional-integral-derivative （PID） control-based stellar spectral simulation method. First， the DMD working matrix， spectral modulation weight matrix， spectral distribution function matrix， and target spectrum matrix are constructed. Next， a spectral distribution function fitting algorithm based on a genetic algorithm-optimized backpropagation （BP） neural network is studied. The BP neural network algorithm and the basic elements of the genetic algorithm are designed and used to achieve spectral distribution function fitting in the peak wavelength region of 400-800 nm. Then， a spectral simulation algorithm based on fuzzy PID control is proposed. The fuzzy set and affiliation function are selected， and the fuzzy inference and defuzzification rules are formulated. The fuzzy PID controller is simulated and analyzed， and the results indicate that the overshoot of fuzzy PID control is reduced by 90.7% and the regulation time is shortened by 69.4% compared with those of PID control. Finally， the simulation accuracy of the color temperature spectral distribution curve in the range of 3 000-11 000 K is verified via experiments. According to the results， the spectral simulation error is better than ±4.21%. Compared with the PID control， the maximum spectral simulation accuracy of fuzzy PID control at 3 000， 6 500， and 11 000 K is increased by factors of 2.31， 1.71， and 2.02， respectively. The proposed method can increase the spectral simulation accuracy， providing the theory and foundation for the development of high-precision star-sensitive devices. 光谱模拟 模糊控制 遗传算法 数字微镜 BP神经网络算法 spectral simulation fuzzy control genetic algorithm digital micromirror BP neural network algorithm 1 引 言 1 星光导航是卫星、飞船、空间探测器等航天器导航与姿轨控制的重要技术手段。它利用星敏感器拍摄的星空星图获得恒星的位置信息和星等信息实现航天器的姿态捕捉和测量。随着深空探测 ［ 1 1 ］ 、自主导航与控制 ［ 2 2 ］ 等航天技术的发展和应用场景的拓展，利用恒星光谱信息的天文光谱测速导航等 ［ 3 3 ］ 新兴导航已成为发展趋势。因此，研究地面高精度恒星光谱模拟方法，实现星敏感器新兴导航方法的精度标定与性能验证，对提升星敏感器的研制水平，提高航天器自主导航与控制精度具有重要的意义。 恒星光谱模拟本质是一种特定色温的光谱调制，除了最基本的利用单一滤光片修正输出光谱的方法外，目前研究较多的是基于多种LED的光谱模拟方法。2005年，波兰Bialystok Technical University与美国国家标准与技术研究院通过选择LED光谱种类及控制LED能量，实现了输出光谱调控，单点光谱模拟误差约为30% ［ 4 4 ］ 。2014年，中国科学院西安光学精密机械研究所设计了一种基于多种LED混光的星模拟器光源系统，实现了3 900~6 500 K色温模拟，单点光谱模拟精度达到18% ［ 5 5 ］ 。2015年，中科院长春光机所以升温滤光片补偿的卤钨灯为基底光源，配合使用31种700余颗LED，实现了400~900 nm光谱4 000 K色温曲线模拟，单点误差优于10% ［ 6 6 ］ 。2017年，大连工业大学建立了LED光谱分布函数模拟仿真数据库，基于最小二乘原理实现了利用单色LED补偿白光LED的可见光范围内太阳光谱模拟 ［ 7 7 ］ 。虽然此类方法的光谱模拟精度在逐步提高，但是由于LED波段种类限制以及对LED光谱分布函数拟合效果欠佳，光谱模拟精度难以进一步提升。 随着空间光调制技术的发展，光谱模拟单元的进一步细分成为可能。人们提出了利用基于空间光调制技术的光谱模拟方法，2016年德国卡尔斯鲁厄理工学院设计了一种基于数字微镜（Digital Micromirror Device，DMD）的光谱可编程光源，对宽光谱光束进行分解，实现对宽波段频谱的分析 ［ 8 8 ］ 。2017年，长春理工大学利用DMD的空间光调制特性，实现了400~1 100 nm光谱的精确细分，细分后的全谱段光谱分辨率优于2 nm ［ 9 9 ］ 。2018年，长春光机所利用DMD研制了一种基于Ebert-Fastie结构的双光栅光谱可调谐光源，实现了窄带光谱输出，其输出单色光不确定度为4.68%@450 nm，1.54%@550 nm，1.48%@654.6 nm ［ 10 10 ］ 。2021年，长春理工大学利用DMD实现了500~900 nm内，3 000，5 000和7 000 K 3种典型恒星色温，色温光谱模拟精度优于5.2% ［ 11 11 ］ 。研究发现，基于DMD的光谱模拟系统原理中光谱模拟单元存在不同偏态性质 ［ 12 12 ］ 且DMD每行微镜阵列的能量调制是非线性的 ［ 13 13 ］ ，致使常规的最小二乘光谱模拟方法效果不佳。2021年，长春理工大学提出了一种基于无余均分机制的光谱模拟方法 ［ 14 14 ］ ，并在2022年提出了一种基于最大模拟误差的光谱修正方法 ［ 12 12 ］ ，提升了光谱模拟精度，但是仅以2 700 K色温光谱为目标验证了该方法的模拟效果，尚未开展基于DMD的不同偏态性质光谱模拟单位拟合方法以及多种色温光谱模拟方法的研究。 本文介绍了恒星光谱模拟系统组成与工作原理，根据光谱叠加原理和DMD的空间光调制特性，建立了基于DMD的光谱模拟数学模型。针对该系统，利用遗传算法优化BP神经网络算法拟合不同偏态性质的光谱模拟单元，提出一种基于模糊PID控制策略的光谱模拟方法，并进行仿真和实验验证，实现了3 000~11 000 K色温光谱曲线的精确模拟，为高精度星敏感器的地面标定提供技术支持。 2 原 理 1 2.1　DMD恒星光谱模拟系统组成与工作原理 2 恒星光谱模拟系统主要由短弧氙灯、色散系统、DMD、混光系统以及光谱仪等组成，如 图1 图1 所示。其中，短弧氙灯用于提供覆盖所需模拟光谱范围的出射光束，经过色散系统后投射到DMD表面，形成一系列受DMD微镜阵列的开关状态控制的光谱模拟单元，经聚焦透镜汇聚后进入高反射率积分球混光，实现对目标光谱的模拟，光谱仪用来监测光谱模拟结果并形成反馈控制。 图2 所示。 3.2　算法设计 2 根据算法流程，确定BP神经网络拓扑结构以及遗传算法基本要素即可进行光谱分布函数拟合。 3 . 2 . 1 BP神经网络拓扑结构 3 理论上，BP神经网络拓扑结构网络层数越深，拟合效果越好，但是层数过多会发生过拟合，模型难以收敛 ［ 21 21 ］ nm的光纤光谱仪搭建恒星光谱模拟实验系统，如 图3 图3 所示。通过控制恒星光谱模拟实验系统中DMD的开关状态获得峰值波长在400~800 nm，间隔为50 nm的光谱模拟单元作为训练样本。训练后根据 式（6） 式（6） 可得光谱分布函数的拟合结果，如 图4 图4 所示。 由 图4 图4 可知，400~800 nm内光谱拟合单元的最大适应度出现在624 nm，适应度为0.005 ms上升至目标光谱辐射能量附近；模糊PID控制在初次过调后，在14.56 ms上升达到目标光谱辐射能量附近，调节时间相对于PID控制缩短了69.4%。 5 实验结果与分析 1 将拟合后光谱模拟单元输入设计到模糊PID控制系统，利用恒星光谱模拟实验系统对3 000，6 500和11 000 K色温进行PID控制和模糊PID控制实验，结果如 图9 图9 所示。 1,2,3;4,5,6; 由 图9 图9 可知，利用PID控制的光谱模拟误差与目标光谱曲线形状有关，在光谱曲线的相对光谱辐射强度弱的地方，光谱模拟误差较大，如3 000 K色温的400 nm附近的光谱模拟误差要大于800 nm附近，11 000 K色温的400 nm附近的光谱模拟误差要小于800 nm附近；由于6 500 K色温光谱曲线分布较为均匀，因此上述现象并不明显。利用模糊PID控制的3 000，6 500和11 000 K色温在400~800 nm内的光谱模拟误差分布较为均匀，故模糊PID控制的光谱模拟误差与光谱曲线形状没有明显的相关性。PID控制和模糊PID控制的最大光谱模拟误差及相应的波长如 表4 表4 所示。 2 Color temperature/K 2 Maximum spectral simulation error /% 2 Wavelength/nm 2 Reduction of multiple K色温的最大光谱模拟精度分别提升了2.31倍、1.71倍和2.02倍。 为了验证模糊PID控制对多种色温光谱的模拟精度，利用模糊PID控制在400~800 nm内，对3 000~11 000 K色温光谱曲线（间隔500 K）进行模拟，光谱模拟误差如 图10 图10 所示。由 图10 图10 可知，模糊PID控制在3 000~11 000 K色温的光谱模拟误差分布在 - 3.47%~4.21%之间，说明模糊PID控制对多种色温光谱具有较好的模拟效果。 6 结 论 1 针对基于DMD光谱模拟方法中光谱模拟单位偏态性质多变以及调制过程存在的非线性，本文研究了一种基于模糊PID控制的恒星光谱模拟方法。建立由DMD工作矩阵、光谱调制权重矩阵，光谱分布函数矩阵以及目标光谱矩阵构成的光谱模拟数学模型。设计了一种遗传算法优化BP神经网络的光谱分布函数拟合算法，实现了峰值波长在400~800 nm的正偏态、正态和负偏态以及双峰分布的光谱模拟单元拟合。构造了一种双输入三输出模糊PID控制器，设计了模糊集合与隶属度函数，制定模糊推理规则，确立解模糊化方法，以峰值波长405 nm的光谱模拟单元为例，仿真对比了模糊PID控制和PID控制的性能。结果表明，相比于PID控制，模糊PID控制的超调量减小90.7%，调节时间缩短了69.4%。实验结果表明，模糊PID控制可以实现3 000~11 000
