    • Design of wide spectrum multi-sensor axis consistency detection system

    • Significant progress has been made in the study of axis consistency detection in multi-sensor optoelectronic systems. This study innovatively combines the ideas of optical path switching and photothermal conversion to design a broadband multi-sensor axis consistency detection system, addressing the problems of narrow operating band range and low system flexibility in traditional detection systems. The system adopts a Cassegrain reflective optical system, covering the range from visible light to long wave infrared, achieving wide spectral detection capability. By driving the position of the reflector above the guide rail with a stepper motor, the system can flexibly switch the optical path, improving its flexibility and adaptability. At the same time, germanium glass coated with copper sulfide is used as the photothermal conversion target material to convert short wavelength light spots into hot spots, and then long wave infrared detectors are used to collect laser spot images in various bands, effectively expanding the spectral coverage of the detection system. The research team conducted a comprehensive performance evaluation of the detection system. In the spectral range of 0.4-14 μ m, the system exhibits good image quality, with diffuse spot diameters caused by aberrations all below 9 μ m and high energy concentration. In addition, the system detection accuracy reached 0.1 mrad, and the reliability of the system was verified through repeated precision experiments of guide rail reciprocating motion and system measurement accuracy experiments. The results showed that the detection system meets the requirement of instrument accuracy level 1.5. The detection system has a compact structure and a wide spectral range, providing an effective solution for axis consistency detection of multi-sensor optoelectronic devices. This research achievement has broad application prospects in the field of optoelectronic detection, providing new impetus for the development and progress of related technologies.
