Large range automatic attitude measurement method for laser tracking measurement
“Significant progress has been made in the research of a high-precision spatial six degree of freedom measurement system. In response to the urgent demand for high-precision measurement technology in China's high-end manufacturing industry, the research team proposed a laser tracking measurement posture method based on monocular vision. This method combines the geometric characteristics of cooperative targets, EPnP algorithm, and SoftPOSIT algorithm, and achieves automatic measurement of arbitrary dynamic poses over a large range through real-time camera imaging models and dynamic correction techniques. This research not only improves the accuracy of feature point extraction, but also establishes an automatic monitoring and error correction mechanism for attitude measurement systems. The experimental results show that within a measurement range of 3 to 10 meters, under the conditions of azimuth/elevation angle of ± 30 ° and rolling angle of ± 180 °, this method can achieve attitude measurement accuracy better than 0.049 ° and 0.065 °. This research achievement provides strong technical support for laser tracking measurement in China's high-end manufacturing industry, which will greatly promote the development of precision measurement technology in related fields.”
