Wrapping phase repair method based on Tsallis Relative Entropy evaluation
“There has been an important breakthrough in the field of laser interferometry measurement of gear tooth surface morphology. In the past, due to noise interference, poor quality areas often appeared in the collected phase maps of packages, resulting in incorrect unpacking paths and seriously affecting measurement accuracy. In response to this issue, the research team proposed a package phase repair method based on Tsallis relative entropy quality evaluation. This method fits the threshold processed image through Gaussian distribution, evaluates the phase quality using Tsallis relative entropy, and finally repairs the areas with poor quality, significantly improving the quality of phase unwrapping. Experimental verification shows that this method can reduce 40% of phase residual points and effectively improve phase quality. This method is simple and easy to implement, with high accuracy, and is also applicable to other phase-shifting optical fields, opening up new avenues for improving the accuracy of laser interferometry measurement of gear tooth surface morphology.”
