    • Spatiotemporal distribution characteristics analysis of local flameout in jet flames based on 5 kHz planar laser-induced fluorescence

    • The latest technological research has revealed the mystery of the local extinguishing distribution characteristics of jet flames. Researchers have successfully established a 5kHz measurement system using high-frequency planar laser-induced fluorescence technology, delving into the dynamic development process of high-speed jet flames. Through image processing, key features such as the length and location of local fracture structures were extracted, revealing the spatiotemporal distribution pattern of local flameout. Research has found that as the Mach number of the jet increases, the local stall frequency significantly increases. This study not only expands the application scope of high-frequency planar laser-induced fluorescence technology, but also provides new perspectives and tools for the study of combustion field instability.
