System parameter calibration based on a specular and diffuse calibration plate

    • System parameter calibration based on a specular and diffuse calibration plate

    • The latest research shows that in the field of 3D shape measurement, scientists have proposed a system parameter calibration method based on mirror/diffuse reflection calibration plates. This method achieves full field measurement of composite surface objects by designing a calibration plate with a special configuration, combining external parameter constraints and algorithms. The experimental results show that compared to non full field measurement, this method expands the measurement range by 1.5 to 2 times, ensuring accuracy and expanding the measurement range. It has practical application value for measuring the three-dimensional morphology of composite surface objects.
