Modern Applied Optics | 更新时间:2024-07-10
    • Calibration and correction of geometric errors in laser tracker

    • In the field of improving the coordinate measurement accuracy of laser trackers, experts have established a geometric structure error model. Through calibration and correction methods, the measurement error has been successfully reduced from 13 μ m/m to within 4 μ m/m, significantly improving the measurement accuracy.
