    • Kalman filter based output feedback predictive control for piezoelectric ceramic actuators

    • In the field of improving the accuracy of piezoelectric micro positioning platforms, experts have established a Hammerstein model that reflects the frequency dependent hysteresis nonlinear characteristics of piezoelectric ceramic actuators. Predictive control based on Kalman filtering is adopted to effectively improve control accuracy.
