摘要

利用旋涂法制取了掺杂型非线性光学聚喹啉材料的高分子材料薄膜

并用平板电场极化法对NLO聚喹啉材料的高分子材料薄膜进行了极化。然后

利用锁相放大器测量并给出了该高分子材料的线性电光系数(

)衰减曲线

唯象地引入双指数衰减模型的常数项

并据此模型得到了新的拟合曲线。提出了永久线性电光系数

()系数和稳定性比

的参数描述及其物理依据。完成了1 300 nm和1 550 nm波长快速老化模型测量实验

分析了实验观察到的电光(EO)系数随时间衰减的现象及变化规律。利用此实验直接测量极化聚合物薄膜的电光系数

对于二阶聚合物的筛选和波导器件的制作具有指导意义。

Abstract

Polymer films from dopant Nolinear Optics(NLO) polymers were prepared by the spinning and coating method

then the films were poled by the electric field polarization.The EO coefficient

attenuation curves of poled NLO chromophore doped in polyquinoline were measured by a lock-in amplifier technology. Relying on the EO

experiment curves and theoretical biexponential function models

the constant items defined as the permanent EO coefficient

and defined as stability ratio

idealistically were introduced

so that the characteristic properties of EO NLO polymer were described. In addition

the attenuations of EO coefficient

with relaxation in 1 300 nm and 1 550 nm wavelength were discussed to observe the changes in the characterization experiments.Obtained results show that the EO coefficient

is the important parameters to describe the characteristic properties of these materials

and it can directly measure the EO coefficient

of the poled NLO polymers in selecting the NLO materials and manufacturing the wave-guide devices.
