摘要

为了实现调味品中的非法添加物的现场快速检测，提出了一种基于激光拉曼原理的便携式拉曼检测仪。它主要由785 nm波长的激光器、分光镜、聚焦透镜、滤光镜、光谱仪、光谱分析软件以及便携式计算机等组成。基于拉曼原理设计了拉曼聚焦光路和收集光路，并设计了基于免疫遗传算法和粒子群算法对拉曼光谱重叠峰进行精确解析的光谱分析软件。通过实验，配合银离子拉曼增强剂和匹配剂，对1×10

的罗丹明B和碱性橙Ⅱ的混合水溶液进行了光谱采集，获取了相应的拉曼光谱信号，然后对这2种存在重叠峰的非法添加物进行了检测。结果表明本仪器能有效分离拉曼光谱的重叠峰，其理论测量分辨率为2.3×10

，包括简单制备和仪器预热在内的检测时间小于半小时，可辅助食品质量监督部门进行现场执法检验和取证。

Aiming at on-line fast detection of illegal additives

a portable Raman detector

was developed based on laser Raman principle. The focus light path and gathering light path were designed. Then the spectral analysis software was designed for accurate analysis on overlapping peaks of Raman spectrum by using the immune genetic algorithm and the particle swarm optimization algorithm. Rhodamine B and Basic Orange II was detected by the portable Raman detector experimentally. From the Raman spectrum signals
