Design of recording distance in pre-magnification digital holography
“The latest research has made a breakthrough in the field of digital holographic microscopy, with experts delving into the impact of recording distance on the quality of reconstructed images. They not only considered the sampling theorem and spectral separation conditions, but also innovatively studied the discretization conditions and size relationships of the optical transfer function. Experimental results have shown that when considering both reproduction and recording conditions, high-quality reproduction images can be obtained with a lateral resolution of 2.19 μ m. This achievement provides a more accurate recording distance setting method for digital holographic microscopy, which is expected to promote the further development of microscopy imaging technology.”
