Position measurement for linear motor mover based on aperiodic sinusoidal stripe image
“A new breakthrough has come from the technology industry, and the accuracy of linear motor rotor position detection has been further improved. The expert team successfully constructed a non periodic sine stripe image and introduced the gradient sub-pixel measurement method to achieve high-precision measurement. This scheme changes the stripe period, selects strong robust images, calculates sub-pixel displacement, and finally obtains the actual displacement of the moving element. Experiments have shown that compared to non periodic fence images, the new scheme has stronger robustness and a measurement accuracy of up to 0.02 pixels, bringing revolutionary progress to motor position detection.”
