    • Position measurement for linear motor mover based on aperiodic sinusoidal stripe image

    • A new breakthrough has come from the technology industry, and the accuracy of linear motor rotor position detection has been further improved. The expert team successfully constructed a non periodic sine stripe image and introduced the gradient sub-pixel measurement method to achieve high-precision measurement. This scheme changes the stripe period, selects strong robust images, calculates sub-pixel displacement, and finally obtains the actual displacement of the moving element. Experiments have shown that compared to non periodic fence images, the new scheme has stronger robustness and a measurement accuracy of up to 0.02 pixels, bringing revolutionary progress to motor position detection.
