Static sensitivity analysis of washer-type piezoelectric six-axis force sensor
“Technology news report: Experts have made significant progress in the field of gasket type piezoelectric six axis force sensors. A mathematical model for static sensitivity analysis was established through in-depth research on the structural characteristics and working principles of sensors. The model has been compared and validated with numerical models, and the comprehensive correlation coefficient is as high as 0.988. The average load transfer coefficient of the experimental prototype is similar to that of the model, demonstrating the effectiveness of the model. This study provides strong support for the multi parameter active design and optimization of sensors, promoting the development of sensor technology.”
