摘要

为了对“反猫眼探测”技术的效能进行量化及客观评价，本文提出一种基于目标回波图像处理的“反猫眼探测”效能评价技术，利用计算窗内图像质心变化作为目标可探测性判据，通过对“反猫眼探测”技术改进前后的目标进行对比实验，对其最大可探测距离及相同探测距离上最小照明激光功率的等效能评价参数进行了相对测量，实现对“反猫眼技术”效能的量化评价。对评价系统的原理进行分析、设计了原理样机并以“反猫眼探测”技术改进前后的瞄准镜作为目标进行了外场实验。实验结果表明，当测试距离由500 m变为1 km时，最小照明功率的下降率变化1.5%；当照明激光功率由500 mW变为300 mW时，最大探测距离增加率变化1.8%。由此证明本文所提出评价方法在不同实验条件下所得出结果一致性较好，可客观、准确地反映“反猫眼探测”技术的效能，从而为相关领域研究提供支持。

Abstract

Anti cat′s eye detection is currently an active area of research in the optoelectronics countermeasure field. The basis of this investigation was the objective evaluation technology of effectiveness for quantification purposes. An effectiveness evaluation technology based on cat′s eye echo image processing was proposed. The detectability of a target was evaluated based on the change of the image centroid in a calculation window. Moreover

quantitative evaluation of anti-cat′s-eye detection technology was realized by contrastive measurements of key parameters such as the maximum detection range & minimum power of the illuminating laser in the same range. The principles of the evaluation system were discussed. In addition

a prototype was designed and tested in an outfield using two sighting telescopes as targets both before and after anti-cat′s-eye detection procedure. The results indicate that when the test distance changes from 500 m to 1 km

the decrease in the minimum illumination power is 1.5%. When the illumination laser power changes from 500 mW to 300 mW

there is an increase in the maximum detection distance of 1.8%. This implies that the proposed

evaluation technology are consistent under different experimental conditions

and could be used to objectively and accurately quantify the effectiveness of the anti-cat′s-eye detection technology. It also has the potential to support research in related fields.
