摘要

本文介绍采用MCS—51单片机对22位光电矩阵编码器进行数据采集、插值细分、代码逻辑变换

四次校正

由此取代传统编码器电阻链细分、硬逻辑处理的复杂电路.文中给出逻辑处理方程、硬件接口电路

介绍程序设计思想.最后对编码器误差进行讨论.

Abstract

This paper introduces that MCS-51 sigle chip microcomputer is adoped for 22 bits elecfro-optical matrix encoder to perform data acquisition

interpolation

code logic transform and four correction. As a result of this treatment

complex circuit of interpolation with a chain of resistance and hard logic process for traditional encoder is replaced. The logic equation and circuit diagram of hardware interface is given and the idea of pragram design is introduced. Finally

the encoder error is discussed.
