摘要

我们研制了操作在5kV至60kV的微焦点X光光源

它可以满足高分辨率投影成像的需要.通过采用单极靴磁透镜来进行电子束聚焦

得到了5μm至10μm的光点尺寸.此光源操作方便

可应用在工业

生物、医学等领域.

Abstract

An X-ray microfocal source has been disigned and studied to meet the need of intermediate or high resolution projection microradiography. Its working yoltage range is 5-50kV. Electron beam is focused by a slngle-pole magnetic lens and the spot size is of 5-10μm. The operation of this source is easy and lt's applied in the field of industry

medicine and biology.
