O三元系统玻璃分相导致的电导突跃现象。从“界面效应”出发

阐明了这一现象的实质

并进一步说明了同成份物质的非晶态比晶态有较高电导的可能原因。

Abstract

This peper reports the research results of the abrupt change of electric conductivity in the system of Nb

-B

-K

O. The question of substance of this phenominon is explained by the effect of interface. Furter the possible reason for that the amorphous state has the higher electric conductivity than the crystalline state with the same composition is also given.
