vibrations occur at 480-510cm

530-550cm

and 580cm

respectively in Raman spectra. Changes in both IR and Raman spectra show that with increasing of fluoride content the glass structure changes gradually from poly-phosphate to pyrophosphate and monofluorophosphate mixture
