摘要

近红外漫反射光谱分析技术是一种新的光谱分析技术。本文详细论述了近红外漫反射光谱学原理及分析技术

对影响近红外漫反射光谱技术的主要因素进行了探讨

首次在固定滤光片式近红外漫反射分析仪上应用了模拟导数光谱的差分变换方法并得到了小麦和大豆蛋白质含量分析测定的满意结果。

Abstract

Near-Infrared Reflectance (NIR) spectroscopic analysis is a new technique. This paper describes the principles of NIR spectroscopy and the technique of NIR spectroscopic analysis

discusses some major variables affecting NIR spectroscopic analysis

and first applies the finite-difference trans form that simulates deri-vatives to measurement of protein content in wheat and soybean using the Infra Alyzer 450 with 19 fixed filters. The experime-ntal results are satisfactory.
