摘要

本文综合评述了迄今为止国内外采用过的实时图像预处理技术

对于其中的增强及噪声的滤除方法及其实施进行了讨论。提出了一种基于局部统计特性的非线性自适应滤波器及改进的 R. T. Chin 评价方法

并对实验结果进行了评价。

Abstract

In this paper the techniques for real-time processing used so far are introduced and discussed.Also discussed are the methods and implementation for enhancement and noise filtering.A nonlinear adaptive filter based on local statistics and the improved R.T. China’s method of evaluation are proposed and the experimental results are evaluated.
