本文介绍了一种液压式激龙光路调整装置。它的主要优点在于调整精度高

对温度的灵敏度低

精度稳定性好且调整方便与机械式激光光路调整装置比较

可降低对螺纹副的加工精度要求。

Abstract

This paper presents a hydraulic ajustable device for laser path. The main advantages are higher accuracy lower sensitivity of temperature variation and the steadiness of accuracy compared with mechanical device.Lower mechanical accuracy is needed for the screw pair in this device.
