本文介绍我们研制的真空紫外反射计和偏振器以及所建立的真空紫外镜面反射率及光栅效率测试装置。利用此装置侧定了不同工艺条件下Au、Pt、Al

Al+MgF

四类样品的真空紫外镜面反射率及光栅的效率

用计算机曲线拟合技术由所测得的反射率和偏振度求得真空紫外薄膜光学常数

并与国外发表的数据进行了比较。

Abstract

VU-V reflectometer and poIarizer have been developed and VUV measurement equipment for mirror reflectance and grating efficiency has been established

VUV mirror reflectance for four kinds of samples such as Al

Al+mgF

Pt made under dif f erent technology condition and grating efficiency were measured at this equipment

By means of computer best fitting technique film optical constant was evaluated from the reflectance and the polarizition degree and compared with the data publfished abroad.
