摘要

本文论述了高频小火花发射光谱分析铝镁合金镀膜层组份的误差管理。用电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱对照分析后

求得火花光谱的校正系数。从数理统计角度检验了方法的置信度和精密度。

Abstract

This paper expouuds error management of the composition analysis of the aluminium-magnesium alloy film by high-frequency small spark emission spectral method.The correct eoefficieut is obtained by contrast to ICP-AES.Conviction and precision of the method are examined from mathematical staristics.
