摘要

本文论述了N.A O.65×25大视场

复消色差、消倍率色差、平像场、又不用氟化钙晶体的显微物镜光学系统设计。

Abstract

This paper deseribes the optical design of a microscope objective with magnification 25? and large field.The objective whose N.A reaehes 0.65 is characteristic of flat field

telecentricity and apochromatism. In the design no special material such as CaF

is used.
