本文介绍-种用外反射像引导光探测器、由光探测器跟踪外反射像的“引导——跟踪”式自动调节测量系统的方法。在调节测量系统使其成为对称光路的同时

可完成自动寻找最小偏向角位置以及准确测量最小偏向角

实现折射率的自动测量。

Abstract

In this paper a method called guiding-tracing method is introduced in which a detector is guided by a outside reflection image traced by the dectector.By this method

optical measurement system can be regulated automatically.When the measurement system is adjusted to symmetry optical system

the exact position of the minimum deviation angle can be traced by the detector and the minimum deviation angle as well as the refractive index of a sample can be measured automatically.
