摘要

本文介绍一种高精度测角仪的电信号处理方法。该仪器安置四个读数头

采用五片8031单片机形成的网络

统一处理这四个读数头的信号。完成了从数据采集、莫尔条纹电细分8192份、精粗码组合及显示等功能。四个读数头信号的数字量相加

消除了轴系晃动和光栅盘偏心所造成的测角误差。给机械装调带来方便。测角仪的分辨率高于0.01角秒。

Abstract

This paper introduces a electronic processing method for high-precision goniometer.This goniometer

which is made of four scanning heads and five 8031-single-chip microcomputers

can process signals from the four heads.It’s capable of collecting data

8192-portion dividing(corresponding to the resolution of 1/8192 of the grating pitch)

combining accurate codes with the coast codes and displaying.The errors of the measured angle

due to the axle awaying and eccentric of the grating disc

is eli-minated by the summation of the digital signals from the four scanning heads.It is convenient for mechanical mounting and adjusting.The resolution of the goniometer is higher than 0.01 arc second.
