Abstract

This paper

according to some advanced computer control theory and computer control techniques

discusses the basic ideas on designing the computer system and the way on designing the software and hardware. According to the practical engineering problem

it analyzes the reasons of breakdown and the deviation and the way for improving has been suggested.It provides the method of the high precise system's examing and measuring by computer.
