In this paper

the curve-fitting method is used for fitting the measuring signal distinguishes and retains the first harmonic component; eliminates correctly the eccentricity of sphere

thus obtains the complete spindle error motion included the first harmonic component

and evaluates the error of spindle rotation with the center of LSC

and opens up a useful computer software which is easy to be operated and known well.
