摘要

本文研究了加硼铸铁激光热处理后的组织和耐磨性。结果表明

其激光硬化组织由隐针马氏体、点及片状碳化物和残余奥氏体组成。这种组织具有优异的性能

可使加硼铸铁的耐磨性提高6倍以上。

Abstract

This paper deals with the microstructure and wearability of boron cast iron after laser heat-treatment. The results show that the microstructure of laser hardding consists of martensite

spheroidal and flake carbide and retained austenites. This structure has good pop-erty. The wearability of the boron casst iron increases by a factor of 6.
