control theory
sensor and micro-displacement technologies etc. to divide the accurate feed into two parts; master feed and compensation feed. The two parts are harmoniously continuously controlled respectively. This method effectively solve the contradiction between the large-stroke and high accuracy. The technique can increase the positioning accuracy of common feed system by ten times and enlarge the stroke of the micro-feed system.
