摘要

研究和讨论了线阵列硅探测器多通道光谱仪的性能及实验评价。在完成可见一近红外平谱面多色仪调试、线阵列硅探测器的驱动电路及触发电路设计、微机系统接口与软件开发的基础上

进行了以下几方面研究和讨论:对多通道光谱仪各谱带的中心波长、光谱带宽及光谱范围进行了定标

并分析和讨论定标误差、光谱分辨率及辐射响应;光谱辐射定标:以光谱辐照度(或辐亮度)标准建立探测器各元的数字响应与入射辐照度(或辐亮度)的关系

并分析和讨论辐射动态范围

辐射定标误差和线阵列硅探测器各元响应不均匀性;分析和讨论多通道光谱仪的杂散光特性;最后通过数据处理得到了两种材料的光谱分布

并与用分光光度计测得的结果进行了比较。

Abstract

The characteristics of a multichannel spectrometer with silicon photododiode linear arraydetector are discussed and experimentally evalutaed.The adhutment of the visible/near infrared flat focal plane polychrometer

circuit dsign of silicon array detector driver and trigger

development of microcomputer interface and software are accomplished

and the following as-pects are discussed:The central wavelengths of the various spectral bands

spectral band-width and spectral range of the muItichannel spectrometer are calibrated

the calibration er-ror

spectral resolution and radiation response are analyzed and discussed;Spectral radiationcalibration is accomplished

the relationship between digital response of detector elements andinput irradiance are established accoreing to spectral irradiance standard

dynmic range of theinstrument

radiation calibration error and response ununiformity of silicon array detector.
