摘要

介绍了一种新型光纤测微仪──GW-Ⅱ型光纤测微仪的研制。该仪器针对强度调制型光纤传感器抗于扰能力差

对被测面反射状况敏感、精度和稳定性不理想等亟待解决的间题。提出一种新颖的扰动补偿方法──双Y型双光路补偿。使仪器的抗干扰能力

精度和稳定性有显着提高。着重介绍以双Y光纤传感器为信号输入元件的测量系统的结构设计。补偿机理及相关的实验研究情况。

Abstract

This paper disCusses the study of a new type of optic-fiber microdisplacement measuring instrument(GW-Ⅱ ). Here it puts emphasis on an optic-fiber displacement sensor used which is compensated for variations in light-source intensity as well as for loss in the fibers.It is shown that the ratio of the output of a pair of detecting fibers is independent of the light-source intensity and loss in the fiber system. Results that confirm this are presented. It helps improve the precision and stability of the measuring instrument.
