摘要

针对精密注塑加工的关键技术

分析了模腔压力、预塑计量和温度等影响注塑制品质量的重要参数及其控制原理

采用欧姆龙可编程控制器PLC构成注塑加工多级控制系统

通过直接检测模腔压力来控制充填和多级保压过程

进行实验与分析研究。

Abstract

Based on key technologies of precision injection molding

this paper analyzes parameters and control strategy

such as cavity pressure

plasticizing position and temperature

etc.By adopting PLC and detecting cavity pressure directly

multi stage control system of injection molding is designed to control filling and multistage holding process.The experimental results are given and analyzed.
