The fourier transformation is used to investigate the skin effects in the interaction of short laser pulses with dense plasmas by plasma dispersion function.With this method
the field amplitude in the plasma can be represented explicitly in terms of electric conductivity.The normal and anormalous skin effects can be described through one equation.The calculation results are in agreement with references for equivalent parameters.The calculation amount is greatly descreas and the physical meaning is very elear.The field amplitude is considerably enhanced due to the anomalous skin effect
