通信是微型光电机械系统技术的一个非常重要的应用领域。本文从光交换技术、光连接技术、光开关、光调制器、滤波器、微光学组装技术、微型激光器等多个方面介绍了微型光电机械系统技术在光通信中的应用情况

并对微光机电系统技术的发展作了展望。
