摘要

对光学系统进行调焦和确定旋转工作台的中心(本文称为定心)对许多测量系统来说是一个共性问题。本文结合一外差干涉测量系统

提出了一种简单易行的调焦和定心的方法

并对调焦和定心达到的精度进行了分析。

Abstract

To focus in optical system and to determine the center of rotary table are common problems in many measurement systems.The paper puts forward a method to focus and to determine the center of the rotary table combining a heterodyne interference measurement system.Then it analyses the accuracy of focusing and determining center and gives the results of an experiment.
